  1. The best thing about pico de gallo is that the ingredients work in any proportion. If you like more peppers, or less onion, or no cilantro, or anything… or if you’re short on one thing or another… it still comes out great. It’s different, but just as good.

  3. Lazy way, l use a can of rotel,1/2 ts of Montreal steak season. If you use real 🍋 or lime use some zest it makes a difference. You can add a can of black beans (rinse) if you are fancy add chopped 🦐 or lobster❤❤❤❤

  4. You said top of the cilantro was fine as my mom but what if my mom’s not fine I just put bunch of cilantro in there. Also I leave all the seeds in my jalapeños.
