Avocado and Natto Toast for brunch
And you, what do you cook on Sunday?
Natto is Japanese fermented soy bean, it is often eaten for breakfast.
In this video, I replaced the traditional Natto rice bowl with a toast, and added avocado for fibers and vitamins.
Don’t forget to build a wall with the mayonnaise, before you place the raw egg.

This style of natto is my fav. I usually add umeboshi to it.
