let’s make a pork belly bunny grab some leftover pork belly and then we’re gonna flip it and render out that skin split a Vietnamese baguette and then you’re gonna add some butter in between or use Mayo like me now toast your bread with a pork accept a piece offering from your little cousin now we’re gonna chop up some green onions cilantro and then we’re gonna grab a jalapeno too smash the pork skin and cut it really small so you don’t crack your teeth now let’s assemble the sandwich pork belly first crispy skin on top cilantro jalapenos green onions some Maggi sauce and some black pepper to top it off listen to that crunch beautiful cross section and my bread was way too crispy so I shredded my mouth like a chicharoni

Ive tried cold cut banh mi with Vietnamese ham head cheese and liver pate. But one of my favorites is the pork belly banh mi. AKA Heo Quay Banh mi. This is the best way to se leftover banh mi. Or any leftover protein in my opinion!
