of the squid spreads—delicious. Within the creamy texture,
the popping tarako grains feel wonderful. This time, I used regular pasta
instead of fettuccine. I chose this type so I could better
feel the texture of the tarako…! To go with the tarako cream pasta,
I have onion soup🧅 The simple onion soup enhances
the richness of the cream pasta😋 Hidden among the pasta,
the squid’s firmness is satisfying. The texture of the tarako and squid
is a perfect match. The squid flavor blends into the cream sauce,
creating a deep taste…! The richness of the squid within the
mellow cream sauce makes it luxurious✨ You can’t see it anymore, but
I had seaweed sprinkled on top. With every bite, the seaweed aroma
floats gently in the air. Amid the gentle flavors,
there’s a hint of the ocean. I’m savoring the blessings of the sea🌊 This time I used tarako, squid, and seaweed,
but asparagus, shiso, or scallops would be nice too! The creamy smoothness is elegant,
and the gentle flavor lingers pleasantly. How was it this time?
