  1. These were always a personal favourite: Australia is a far better place for Vietnamese bakeries complete with their French techniques. They will come to usurp fast food chains eventually. My compliments and SO GLAD Dozer is doing better. Thanks & Cheers.

  2. Putting pate and mayo on both sides of the bun needs to be MANDATORY.. Had a nem nuong from Nam Fong today and still in paradise🥰 TRBH way too expensive now, I used to go there where their top rolls were $8. Bankstown yes. Cabra yes. Xcel Roll yes. Sans Souci is hit and miss. But I find the crispy meat to be a bit gimmicky bc a lot of times they give you the fatty part of the pork and only a little bit crispy. Jamison Bakery in Penrith used to be great! But now it tastes like they cook all their meats in the same pot. Hurstville so delicious. Prices have gone up 30/40% in 2/3 years. Inflation crisis. Rental crisis. Grocery price crisis. Flood / bushfire "crisis" (Geo).
