フランケンの怪物(曲のモデルの子)の描かれ方は作品によって差があるけど、『フランケンシュタイン(1931)』に登場するこの怪物ちゃんは、
死者蘇生の実験を試みた科学者によって墓場の死体のつぎはぎから生み出される。
→しかし健常者と犯罪者の脳みそを取り違えて組み込んだことにより手に負えない「失敗作」となり、生み出されたはいいもののその人並外れた怪力を恐れられ、生まれた矢先から殴りつけられ力づくで地下牢に閉じ込められるなどの目に遭う。
→最後には博士本人と怪物の存在を知った民衆に「忌まれ」、自分の生まれた場所で「焼かれて」殺されてしまう。
といういろいろ散々な可哀想な子。花嫁ちゃんも同じだと思うとせつない。

In the early 19th century, Dr. Victor Frankenstein ventured into the realm of defying God, beyond human understanding, by creating the "ideal human."
After various experiments, he finally succeeded in reviving a corpse by connecting separate bodies together using the electricity generated by lightning. The doctor named the test subject "Francesca" and trembled with joy.
19世紀初頭、ヴィクターフランケンシュタイン博士は「理想の人間」の創造という、人智を超えた神に背く領域に足を踏み入れていた。
様々な実験の末にとうとう彼は、雷が生み出す電力を利用し、別々の身体を繋ぎ合わせた死体を甦らせる事に成功したのだ。博士はその実験体を「フランチェスカ」と名付け喜びに打ち震えた。
Francesca learned languages and read books at a speed several times faster than the average human, and came to understand everything. She loved the doctor who gave her life like a father and considered him absolute.
Because she was made up of separate bodies, her body often rejected her, and each time the incomplete parts of her were cut out and new parts were sewn in by the doctor. No matter how much work was done, he gradually went mad as he watched his failed creation become increasingly ugly.
フランチェスカは並の人間の何倍ものスピードで言語を覚え本を読み、あらゆる事を理解するようになった。生を与えたもうた博士を父のように慕い、絶対視していた。
別々の身体を組み合わせている為、彼女の身体はよく拒絶反応を起こし、その度に彼女は不完全な部位を切り裂かれ、新たな部位を縫い付けられた。どれだけ手を施せど、どんどん醜くなってゆく失敗作を見て博士は次第に狂っていった。
Ironically, within six months of Francesca's birth, her intelligence was on the verge of surpassing that of the doctor. With the pure motivation of wanting to relieve the doctor's suffering, she first told him the rough edges of the experiment and gave him advice. This angered him, and he severely tortured her until her body was on the verge of being unable to withstand it.
フランチェスカが生を受け半年も経たぬ内に、彼女の頭脳は皮肉なことに博士のそれを上回ろうとしていた。彼女は博士の苦しみを解消したいという純粋な動機で、初めて実験の粗を伝え助言した。それが彼の逆鱗に触れ、身体が保てなくなる寸前まで激しい折檻を受けた。
