ネットで見かけた、ブロッコリーとチーズのレシピ。
美味しそうだな〜と思って、やってみました。
レシピではブロッコリーを小さく刻むのですが、
細かくすればする程、飛び散るし、
手も、周りも、ブロッコリーだらけに…
結局、試行錯誤を繰り返しながら
ブロッコリーのサイズはどんどん大きくなっていきました。
そもそも、生でも食べられる野菜ですし
大きめに切った方が、歯応えもあって、
私はこっちの方が好きでした。
焼き加減は、少し焦げちゃったかな?
くらいが私は好みでした。
