Hello, I’m kotatsu.🌛 Today I’m making omelette rice.✌️ I’m tired, and when I’m tired, I want a meal that lifts my spirits. Ingredients are leftovers from the refrigerator👍 First saute onions and sausage until cooked. While frying, I also make a salad. Maybe there were a little too many green peppers.😂 Cherry tomatoes, which were a little weak, should be fried. When the ingredients are cooked to some extent, add rice. Add salt and pepper and ketchup. I was a little short on ketchup, so I’ll add some more. I will make an omelette. I usually wrap rice in an egg, but today I’m in the mood for an omelette on top of rice.🥰 Line a heatproof bowl with plastic wrap and pour into it. 1 minute in a 500w microwave oven! Then stir a little and heat again for 1 minute 30 seconds. Roll it up from the front, twist the ends and fasten the wrap.✨ The cheese melts nice and looks delicious.🥺 Omelette Rice and Salad Let’s eat! Eggs are hearty and delicious! Let’s eat some good food and get on with our week! 💪 Today’s supper is boiled pork, miso soup and potato salad. Heat the cut potatoes in a microwave oven. Arrange lettuce and cherry tomatoes on a plate. I will boil pork! Boil the pork quickly and then cool it in ice water. I’m hungry.😂 It’s still a little stiff, but I’ll crush it with my spirit. My go-to ingredient for potato salad is tuna. Add black pepper, salt and a little curry powder. Place the cooled pork on top of the salad to complete the dish! It was a healthy meal with vegetables!👍 Today’s dinner will be made in a jiffy. Today’s dinner is Cajun chicken with vegetable sticks and potherb mustard salad. Coat chicken breast with flour and spices. Cut vegetables into long, thin strips. Now all you need to do is fry the onions and chicken. It smells nice and spicy.🤤 After stir-frying to some extent, cover with a lid and let it cook slowly. Meanwhile, make the potherb mustard salad. I would also add tofu to the salad. The chicken is also cooked well. Since we’re at it, let’s make the dressing too! 1 tablespoon sesame oil, 2 teaspoons soy sauce, 1 teaspoon vinegar, 1/2 teaspoon each soybean paste and gochujang (red pepper paste) This spicy dressing is perfect for summer!🔥 Finish with Korean seaweed. Cajun Chicken with Stick Vegetables and Potherb Mustard Salad Let’s eat! Spicy and yummy! After all, spicy food goes well with summer. Potherb mustard salad is spicy and just right. Easy to make, tasty and satisfying!☺️ I got home late from work today. Especially outside, the heat wave makes you more tired.😭 Cook rice for now. Make a simple dinner without overdoing it. Tonight’s dinner is a wasabi yam and pork bowl!💪 Peel and grate yams. When you are tired, eat pork to cheer yourself up! Let’s cut up some green onions while we’re at it. I’ll make the sauce. Mix 2 tablespoons ponzu vinegar, 3 teaspoons sesame oil, 2 teaspoons horseradish, and a pinch of salt. Place rice in a bowl. put dried bonito flakes on rice Top the pork with grated yam and egg yolk, sprinkle with scallions, drizzle with sauce, and you’re done! It’s that long-awaited Friday night!🥳 I would love to make something grand and delicious. But I don’t have the ingredients, so it’s frozen food. Menu: Tororo Chicken Tsukune and Flower Vegetables with Bonito Powder I had yams yesterday, but I like them, so OK.👌 It was frozen and will be made as it thaws. A pinch of salt on thawed broccoli and cauliflower Add a teaspoon of soy sauce, a dash of dried bonito flakes and a dash of white sesame seeds, stir to combine, and voila! I will make chicken fabrication. Make dumplings of minced chicken. Throw in frozen mushrooms. Add water, soy sauce and mirin to taste.
