HOW I MAKE MAXXAIR FRYER SWEET AND SOUR OVEN-BAKED RIBS WITH SHRIMP AND VEGETABLES
welcome to my channel so what i have right here is some pork st louis ribs now i’m letting sucking some apple cider vinegar and water i’m let this soak for like 30 to 45 minutes rinse them off real good cut them up to my satisfaction so we can throw them in this good air fryer so what i’m gonna do i’m gonna uh you know i mean i’m gonna take me some onions bell peppers all that good stuff to go with them i’m making some sweet and sour sauce so i’m gonna have some sweet and sour sauce with my ribs you know i mean instead of barbecue sauce you know i mean i’m just gonna switch it up a little bit you know tumble so we’re gonna do it in this good air fryer so right now i’m just gonna let this soak and then we’ll get back to it and i’m coming up go right here i wipe them pat them dry all the good stuff with some paper towels so that’s how we’re looking cut them up in slices so what i want to have tonight is some sweet and sour ribs some butter sprouts shrimps you know i mean onions saute bell peppers sauteed all that good stuff you know i mean and i want some sweet and sour sauce you know something that i could dip my uh shrimp and ribs and you know what i’m talking about so now what we’re gonna do now is go ahead and uh start this good rug so i have me some a little bit of parsley in there so what i have right here my whisker shower sauce ws so so this is the rub for the ribs okay so that’s that right there now i’m gonna hit it with some of this uh a1 sauce both okay all right one sauce right there what’s some of this good sriracha sauce oh i’m talking about oh not too much just enough all right some of the soy sauce boat okay so now it’s time for the good seasoning so i got some italian seasoning i’m going to give it a color you know i mean a little nice juicy taste to it see how juicy these ribs come out well italian sauce right there right i said a little bit of meat tenderizer well little maintenance right there okay and my brown sugar rub oh you know what i’m talking about i’m gonna need a whole case of these here brown sugar i ain’t gonna lie to you all right so let me see if i want to add anything else yeah hey let me see anything else i want to add okay okay okay one more thing i want to add i want to add some extra virgin olive oil if i can find it where’s my olive oil well i don’t know where it’s at my extra virgin olive oil but i’m gonna go ahead and uh look for the extra virgin olive oil and i’ll be back so here we go right here she had it in the cabinet so i have my extra virgin olive oil right here oh so we’re gonna pull like that much in there and one more thing i have my smoky apple wood seasoning oh i’m talking about you know i want to hit it with a little bit of that well that’s what i’m talking about right there nah man so now what i need to do is go ahead and stir this up mix everything together you know jump up let it come together like cheddar just like that there so now i’m gonna go ahead and grab a plastic bag and plastic ziplock bag and pour all this in there and throw them ribs in there and i’m letting them marinate in there for about 45 minutes to an hour then we’re gonna throw that boy these bad boys in that good uh air max oh man i get air max fryer air fryer that max air fryer my bad max air fryer so let me go ahead and put this in the bag and we’ll take it from there okay so here we go right here got my good sauce well my rub anyway you know come up man name my ribs just like that there mix that together like that hmm everything nice and cold only thing i didn’t put in there was you know i usually put my apple cider vinegar in there matter of fact how many upper side of mannequin all right all right so i have my apple cider vinegar so i’m gonna pull like that much in there it’d have been better if i departed and you know i mean my little season everything i just mixed together but there you go here make sure every piece of me get this issue yeah all right man i’m talking about bad bad weather going refrigerator for for 45 minutes now it’s time for me to get my bad peppers nice and right now turn them up i want to saute these bad boys let’s go let’s go be nice you know i mean it’s gonna be good we’ll lay that hey i got my uh nice ginger right there put everything in here wash these seeds out of them yeah i mean i have my onion whoa nice and right there so so give everything a nice rinse i finished chopping all right my eyes just like that there and all right man i love my onions lay that so break them back ways up just like that and i have my nice ginger that i’m supposed to cut up until little slices and i mean peel the skin off of them cut them bad boys up so right there all right so i’m gonna go ahead and get the rest of these boys cut up and i’ll be back here go to the stream right here i put in a little sauce that i made so i’m seasoning it with my uh smoky apple wood seasoning oh just like that there uh the river is nice and ready so we’re gonna put these on in uh in the airfryer in a second okay just like that there i have my ginger whoa it’s nice ginger right there i’m in garlic one tablespoon and then garlic okay matter of fact i’m gonna put some garlic inside these rare also you know so we’re gonna do two tablespoons whoa one okay all right so that’s how we looking so we figured this airfry nice and right and i’ll be back okay so here we go right here i think just like that there my name put some good waves in there [Music] [Music] so this supposed to be nice and lovely watch like i said i wanted to melt in my mouth out of my hand yeah i want to fall apart nicely right there now if you put a little juice in there oh let me rest my hands real quick they are supposed to keep you some bleach and water and soap all right so i got me some crush rosemary just to hit it with this crushed marshmallow oh all right have some baileys oh just like that there now if you put this bad boy in our uh airfryer and we’ll take it from there so there you go right there your boy doing this thing you know i’m talking about them ribs nice and done yeah sure i did that yeah i mean they get that bad boy still back there boiling yeah man look at that yes sir man i know that’s falling off the bone i know it is so uh what i’m doing now i’m just to get all the rest of this nice and right you know turn them up oh man okay get that nice and right and uh we’ll get these bad boys on the plate in a minute but we got a video you know i mean my saute thing you know because your boy got to get this watch time i need to get the watch time going i’m already past my 30k i mean my other 1k 101k i get the 30k yet i gotta still get the 10k but i’m already past my 1k so you know i mean i need to get this watch time going so every minute and want to be here no more look look you get up under that bite later look i don’t even want to be there no more you know i’m talking about that’s how i do it so we’ll leave it right there just like that and we’re not going to mess with it until it’s time to shine yummy so we have sweet and sour ribs now barbecue ribs sweetness our ribs you know so what i’m gonna do now is saute my good vegetables you know what i’m talking about uh-huh yeah i mean no we’re gonna make it happen yeah brussels sprouts all that good stuff you hear me so what i have in my uh pan is some vegetable oil that i only put that like that much in there for my other black peppers and onions it’s all tied in real good now i feel turn on my fire and let me get this fire hot and we’ll take it from there all right so we got the good vegetables now i need and bell peppers so i’m gonna do i’m gonna go ahead and season this some black pepper and some garlic and my little squeezes right there you know me okay that’s what i like to do right here bad peppers and onions man you can’t go wrong here you can’t go wrong and like i say your way trying to get these this watch time going get this popping so family and friends and put my mind to what i can do it so in the second i’m gonna go ahead and uh do my uh my sauce make like this sauce so i’m gonna let this go ahead and cook down some and i’ll be back okay now it’s time for the shrimp [Music] oh got my butt in there right there yes sir there we go at least won’t do that out there everything nice so i’ll tell you look at my onion bell peppers i like this stuff over there nice and saute let this shrimp do its thing and then we’ll bring them together like cheddar if they extremely good at dizzle we’re going to make it happen look at these look at look at that nice and sauteed yeah i mean them black peppers and onions hey look i’m good yeah man got my brushes broccoli over here boiling bro hit dice yes sir my brown sugar my cornstarch you know i mean my ketchup said make that good sweet and sour yeah i mean didn’t make it happen and go ahead and check out them ribs right there look at them rails over there yes sir is bad so i’m go ahead and get this right take it from there okay so here we go right here with our sweet and sour sauce well so i’m just gonna measure the uh the cornstarch i’ll say one so two teaspoons two and a half teaspoons cornstarch and it’s a little bit over uh a cup of water right here so you want to just stir it up get the lumps out you know i mean it in um like that there get your sugar brown sugar i’m really eyeballing this yeah i i’ll measure it next time i just want to get over it all right let me see let’s do this real quick got that good ketchup we want to fill it up you know man come on fella [Music] oh oh all right there we go put that to the side so you want a cup of ketchup get it all out like that there now uh i know white vinegar so what i’m gonna do i’m gonna put it with some apple cider vinegar so give me a second let me get this out start out together like that there and got it outside of vinegar um i’m looking outside offensive i promise next time i uh measure everything i have everything nice and right so you want to have your uh fire on like low heat let it get a little [Music] color to it you know what i mean just wanted to stir it up all right go ahead change it back put it in the middle i just want to stir it up like that and i manage that corn starch to you know make it look thick oh now look at him making a little mess i cleaned it up so hey go to the shrimps right here everything nice and done already going in plates he said was good for watch a little more than my wife and call it a night so you want this to get a cool little boil to it so i’m gonna keep on doing this i’m gonna start for a little while longer than i’m gonna uh do this thing i’m gonna turn up the fire up a little bit turn it up a little bit you know what i mean let it get a cool little ball to it you want everything to kick down all right so we’ll take it from there we go right there that good sweet and sour you know what i mean that’s how you do it just take your time with it it’ll come together you know man really that’s what i do with my cooking anywhere i take my time my food so this is how we looking right here now everything is done nice and good so if you get these bad boys on the plate and i’ll be back here we go right here yeah i mean your buddy made it happen them good ribs brussels sprouts shrimps you know i gotta have my uh bell peppers and onions nice and sauteed you know what i mean man made it happen like on my sweet and sour sauce right there you know i had to put something on the ribs anyway you know i mean so that’s how i’m doing it right here you know what i’m talking about sweet and sour ribs yes sir so i knocked it out the box again and it’s good kitchen yeah man i made it happen in a real way look at that sweet and sour i mean that is so good right there man i need to put that in the bottle i ain’t lying with my name on it but i got another trick up my sleeve you know i’m trying about so we’ll uh wait for that one but your boy doing his thing in this good Ingredients:
Pork ribs
raw shrimp 2 lb bag deveined
bell peppers
brussel sprouts
brown sugar
ketchup
cornstarch
ACV
minced garlic
ginger
red onion
A1 sauce
Sriracha hot sauce
soy sauce
olive oil spray
olive oil
vegetable oil
salted butter
Directions:
rinse clean up meat soak 30 to 45 minutes in ACV and water then rinse and pat dry cut into pieces
marinade:
in a bowl add parsley ,WS ,a1 sauce ,hot sauce ,soy sauce ,season, add olive oil
mix them
pour into a Ziploc bag with meat and ACV 45 minutes to 1 hour in fridge
cut and rince veg
boil brussel sprouts according to package
On a cookie sheet:
spray with olive oil, lay in a row and season
place in the MAXXAIR fryer
on oven 350 for 1 hour
place shrimp in Ziploc bag that ribs were in
place them in a bowl add left over marinade, applewood rub and then add Ginger and minced garlic
in pan:
at olive oil add vegetables season add salted butter saute to your liking
add a half a stick of salted butter add shrimp cook till done then mix.
Serve and enjoy!
