Mexican Bea is lifechanging you make it by lightly toasting some ancho peppers and guajo peppers in a pan to lightly toast them I like to also add some chili day arble for heat then add them to a bowl and cover them in hot water let them soak till they’re nice and soft next cook down some onion and tomatoes for a bit then add garlic once that’s softened up we’ll add it to a food processor along with the soften chilies then we add some Mexican oregano sea salt cinnamon ground ginger black pepper and some apple cider vinegar and we’ll process that next we get our meat ready puree and hand mix it in add it all to a large pot along with beef broth to cover it then cover and cook go ahead and remove the meat and shred it with forks and skim off any extra fat off of the consum to make tacos take some corn tortillas then add your Bera or hey if you want quesa bira do the same thing but add lots of cheese fold it over and cook it till it’s done to your liking these are fantastic
This is my favorite birria tacos recipe with juicy, tender shredded beef simmered in chili sauce on lightly fried tortillas, so huge on flavor.
