Hello you guys. This is Marvin behind the camera. I’m Amber and this is Liberty. You guys, welcome back for another wonderful, wonderful video, y’all. And so, we decided that we would take a cruise. If you’ve been with us for any length of time, you know we love cruising. And so, this time we are coming out of Tampa, Florida, you guys. And we are about to get on our ship in just a moment. Our check-in is, let’s see, at 12:30. So, in about an hour at this point, um, we’re really excited because we want to bring you guys a different perspective this time of being on the cruise. So, we didn’t do a lot of the airport scenes and things that you may have been used to, but we’re here. We’re going to show you guys a lot of yummy vegan food that we’re going to be eating. Um, we’re going to do some excursions, of course. You know, we going to hit the beach. And what else? You have anything else, Liberty? We’re definitely going to be trying lots of new vegan food as always. So, it’s so good. And we can’t wait to try new things and go to the beach. And go to the beach, of course, and swimming. Come on over here. Call me young. I love it. All right. So, something that we just realized or found out for the first time is we can no longer bring water. We usually you can drink water on the ship, but we usually bring a couple bottles of water cuz we’re bougie and we like spring water. But, um, we also had our Bluetooth speaker that we enjoy when we’re at the beach. And now you can’t even bring a Bluetooth speaker anymore because one person apparently messed the game up for everybody. Probably blasted music in their room. So or at the pool. So it’s all good. We’re about to get on the ship. Get some. What you going to say? I was going to say tell them what happened. Where did you put the speakers? Oh yes. Yeah. So you have to check in your speakers now. So they took us through the scan x-ray and so I had to check my speakers in and then I’ll get it back after we come back from the cruise. So it’s all good. We got a good iPhone. So it is what it is. This has been like a really chill on boarding experience. Like, no long lines. We actually showed up a little bit early and we’ve already done our mustard station check and now we’re into our room. Like this is pretty awesome. Liberty, we’re here. This is a This is like the most chill first day on board. Ain’t nobody tripping. We got the reggae music going. Look at the pool. So, this is our first time on a boat where the uh TV is a little bit here. Mom is seeing one of her students in school. Yes, you guys. So, um, a couple of weeks ago, my student had come up to me and she was like, “Um, I’m going on a cruise, too.” Cuz I had told the kids we were going and so crazy, we had field day on Friday and her mom mentioned it to me and we turns out we’re on the same cruise. So, we just saw them and we’re going to, of course, see them before we get off and take pictures and all that stuff. So, pretty cool. I’m hungry. So, because we’re a plant-based family, they’re uh making note of our dietary restrictions and we are heading to some special area where the chef is going to chat with us and they’re going to give us some plant-based options. They do have a veggie burger at Guys Burger Joint and um they’re checking to see if there is a vegan cheese they can make with that. We’re seeing if we got uh any other options for us. All right, Li, what you got? Excuse me. So, here I have a delicious vegan burger. It also comes with vegan cheese and that’s some of my parents burgers. And inside I have lettuce and some onions, a little ketchup, and then my delicious fries. They’re very good. And over here, I have some vegan pizza with some vegan cheese on it as well. There’s mushrooms. There’s I forgot what this is, but there’s also onions on it. And it tastes so good. And this is really good, guys. Yeah. We a We have to bring We ain’t bring our stuff out yet. We love love love croissants. Every time we’re on the ship, we have to have it. Sometimes they have it, sometimes they don’t on the vegan side of things, but thankfully they did. and my babe convinced us or me to try a yogurt parfait. Yeah. Um so we’re trying to get we’re trying to do a lot better this cruise y’all. It’s very easy to not be cooking at home and just basically go crazy on all the delicious food that they have both non-plant-based and plant-based. Of course we’re plant-based and Carnival has really stepped it up with their plant-based offerings. So we just be like, “Okay, we going to take our time today.” But we did get some omelets. Liberty got a vegan eggs benedict. So, we’ll show you guys that in a little bit. We got wayos rancheros. Um, we got some of the vegan bacon. Um, what else did we get, sweetie? Fruit. Have some fruit. So, we’re going to after we leave here, we’re going to book our excursion cuz we want to do an excursion in Bise. And, uh, we’re going to chill for the rest of day. We’re going to do our first Carnival excursion uh and not tomorrow, but when we go to Believe. Yeah. Uh we normally just do the excursions there. or you know we just find a local company and just connect with them. But we’re getting uh we’re gold members so we’re going to get our complimentary pin. Hopefully, the sun keeps out a little bit. We have a little bit of time before our uh excursion. First time, as we mentioned, taking a carnival excursion. So, we’re heading to wherever that station is and take a look at [Music] All right, you guys. So, we just give God all the glory, honor, and praise because we completely forgot our tickets outside of our door. Um, I don’t even don’t even remember if they were there or not. But, at any rate, we are so blessed because I had taken a screenshot as I always do when I purchased something. So, I was able to pull that up and the workers here um that are a part of the excursion were able to go ahead and just print us out like a a receipt right here showing that we had paid and putting our number and everything on there. Also, the important thing you guys want to keep in mind if you don’t know is that the time could change. So, right now in Kazame it is like 9 something almost 10:00, but on the ship’s time it’s like an hour ahead. So, you have to be conscientious of that because we booked our excursion for 11, but it’s really like 10:00 this time. Who knew? But thank God for us being early. That’s all I can say you guys is early early. So, a learning experience. All right, Star. Uh, how are you enjoying yourself? And do you remember even being here? I do not. I don’t remember anything. I have seen um a few videos when me and my mom were watching a bunch of like cruise videos and it like it’s so pretty. I love the environment and I’ve been having a great time on the different I’m very excited to go to that beach cuz I want to pick um I want to pick seashells. I want to make a sand castle. I want to get in the water. Of course, I’m just really excited and yeah, I really don’t remember anything. Like it’s like all new except for the videos. I’ve seen the videos of like um YouTubers that have done that have been here on this cruise. Yeah. Okay. Do you have any particular thing you’re looking forward to? Shopping, beaches? I definitely do want to shop and I want to try some food as well and just do like a bunch of stuff. Like I want to shower too. I mean not shower, swim. Okay. No problem. No problem. What about you, S? You looking forward to anything? Yes, I am looking forward to getting to the beautiful Kazml water. You guys, when we first started cruising, Kamel was like one of our first, actually our very first destination. So, this is very special to us. It’s been a number of years since we’ve been here. And I’m looking forward to getting into the water and also doing a little bit of shopping, too. And my handsome, what are you looking forward to? you know, just just being in the area, just walking around, just seeing what’s different, seeing what’s the same. And hopefully we get us some guacamole. I’m looking forward to some authentic Mexican guacamole. All right. But also, we were we thought we would have like another child to get that strength done. So whenever you feel tired or whenever you feel exhausted or whenever those around you are sapping your energy that’s when you feel exhausted and tired you are liberated. So don’t ever stick in that. She originally from Guyana. She started basically speaking life over my baby and declaring his greatness over him and had me in tears. And I think my babe almost was in tears. We had to turn around and babe do not cry. I don’t cry. But y’all, it was so powerful. And we’ll try to insert some of it um in a moment if the sound is okay cuz I I was recording. I wanted to be able him to see this back and get that reminder of the blessings that God has for you. Amen. All right, y’all. I really liked it, but she likes it too. So, we’re going to share this one. And then I found this cute one that I thought would be very useful for putting like coins in here, little peppermints. My job found me some coffee. They have some decal espanol esar. So I I explained what I needed in espanol and they came through. Dark roast is the way I love my coffee. It’s Mexican coffee. We ended up uh Oh, you got it, baby. Um, we ended up getting some guacamole, which I think we have to put together ourselves based on what the gentleman told us. So, we’ll show y’all that in a moment. And then also babe ordered a chimmy chunga, which is normally what he always orders, a a veggie one, of course. Um, I got veggie fajitas and then Liberty got veggie tacos. So, that’s what we ordered. Um, we already have bottled water, so we didn’t need to get any of that. And we’re just so happy and so blessed to be here, y’all. This is wonderful when I tell you the weather is perfect, perfect, perfect, perfect. Now, we’re not able to get into the water um due to the weather, but it’s all good. We still have Costa Maya, which will be Thursday, so we’ll take advantage of the beach then. Just dancing. Somebody got sick on the ship, so our ship had to go back to Kazumel. So, everything got pushed back today for BISE. So, that’s why we’re here and we’re all kind of in one big group. But, uh it sounds like we’re finally about to get off the ship, jump on a water taxi, and then head into Bise for the Alenhu and Maya ruins. Yes. See y’all there. Peace. You see, guys, you’re in the Bleian water right now where the water is so shallow and beautiful. You got to see it to believe it. Thankfully, the rice and peas that they have is only made with coconut milk, which in some parts of the Caribbean they use butter, other parts they use coconut milk and butter, but thankfully it’s just coconut milk. So, we got a little bit of an extra helping thankfully cuz um they had um chicken and we ain’t eat that so cold. So, they were nice enough. They were nice enough to give us a little bit more. So once we eat this, we’ll go show you guys around and be on the next leg of our tour. My mom, right, we are heading back to the busy liberty. Headed to the ruins now. Our national flower, the black orchid. Our national bird, the key bill. And lastly, my friend, this is how our national tree looks, the mahogany tree. Now, this mahogany tree is about 15 to 16 years old. Now, for a mahogany tree to be fully mature, it’s going to take like 80 to 100 years for it to be fully mature. And when these beautiful vendors or anybody that who wants to cut down a mahogany tree, they will need to get a permit in order to do so. And if they do get one and cut down a mahogany tree, my friends, they will have to replant two more mahogany trees. Okay, everybody works. Okay, you can visit the museum. That’s the museum. Okay, it includes the tour. You don’t have to pay anything. And also during that free time, this is where the gift shop or the souvenirs that you got. Right, we’re walking up on the ruins. That’s our avocado tree. And if you look over here, this is our mommy apple tree. You see the brown fruit? That is the mommy apple. It’s like when you crack it open, it’s it looks something similar to papaya. Okay. Like we call it parasite, right? Eventually when it gets bigger, it will break the tree. So before it breaks the tree, they usually or normally take it off. Okay. So, it’s something like a parasite. Okay. Okay, guys. You guys can come a little closer. Don’t worry, I don’t bite. I’m not hungry as yet. All right. So, my friend, once again, welcome to Alton Ha. Alsa is not the original name of the site. It was given that name by archaeologist. Now the reason for that my friends during his excavation work he didn’t find any Stella. A stellar is a huge slab of stone with the name of the site would have been written on it in the center of the plaza. There were none of that here. So archaeologists decide to name the area Alton Hall. Reason for that they discovered that there’s a lot of rocks, stone and ponds in the area. So they were trying to find a translation for rock stone ponds but they couldn’t find a word for pond. So the closest thing that fits in a pond is water. So Altonha means rock stone water or water of the rock work they are jade and obsidian. Now J and obsidian those are volcanic rock we and also the nipples of the brass because that’s where we nourish our child. One part of the meal where life come from. So we have 45 minutes. Yes. Mommy said we have to choose one mountain or two. It’s like three of them right total. Yeah. That that they tell we can climb. That we can climb. Very knowledgeable. uh tour guide. That was awesome. And um I saw another individual unfortunately that’s in the ambulance. So, just keep keep in mind if you’re traveling with your elderly folks, just keep keep checking on them cuz uh we’re just praying the blood of Jesus over Amen. that lady. Um but anyway, so we’re going to try to find a nice uh quiet beach area. Babe has a few places. I do. What was the one that you had? Uh Beach Escape Club. Beach escape pub. Okay. Will we have to take a taxi there or Yes. Okay. Cool. Cool. Cool. Okay. So, yeah, it’s very crowded today. Lots of people out and about. Everybody getting their uh last minute uh partying on, getting on the beach and stuff like that. That’s going to be us. And then one more down the water, we’ll be back in Tampa. All right, y’all. So that’s dope. But we’re going to look for the beach cuz we want to touch the ocean. It’s so cool, [Music] you guys. So, we are now in a taxi. It’s about a I don’t know, maybe 15 passenger seat van perhaps. and we got it right outside of the port, but not out of the gate of the port, if you will. So, basically, it’s $5 per person and we’re headed to the beach. Um, we did excursions two days in a row, so we decided we would kind of go off the beaten path just a little bit. So, the beach that we’re going to is um $15 per person. It comes with a drink. We get the umbrellas, chairs, and like the beach is supposed to be really, really beautiful. So, we’re on our way there with some other people and we’re super excited. If you’re going to take it, take taxi tour Costa Maya. It’s a yellow van that looks like that. We don’t suggest taking any other of the companies, but it was $5 a person. But you just want to be on the safe side, go with that company. Right. So, round trip for us, it’ll be $30. So, 15 moving, 15 coming back. All right. So, we found off the beaten path, y’all. Yay. We’re here. We’re here at the beach. Libbyy’s ready to go for the beach. Imbada Beach Club. Imbada Beach Club. We’ll put the spelling of it uh in the comments. They told us everything is cheaper here when you’re away from the port, but it’s a lot of people around. So, I’m comfortable. We’re comfortable cuz we’re not off to ourselves. It’s a ton of people here. And um the beach was only $15 per person. Think they got a lot going on here. Lots of activity.
