I still spend most of my day in bed with my two-month-old son. The pain has subsided considerably, but I’m trying to keep my movements to a minimum. I sometimes have a housekeeper come over in the evenings, but my children are sick one after the other, so it’s often difficult. The doctor said it’s okay to cook as long as I’m wearing a corset, so I’ll try to make dinner without straining myself. I’m embarrassed to be photographed in a corset, so I borrowed my husband’s T-shirt. Would you like to eat? Thank you. One of my children has been in bed with a high fever since last night. Everyone is sick, which is a real problem. It’s easy to get sick during the change of seasons, isn’t it? I’ll have some ice packs delivered to their bedroom. I’ll replace them. I thought a day of sleep would help, but my daughter seems to be feeling quite unwell. I usually don’t go to the hospital for a minor cold, but I’m worried, so I’ll make an appointment. Since I don’t think I’ll be able to take him to the hospital, I’ll talk to my husband, who’s at work. Hello. He doesn’t seem to be feeling well. I’ve made an appointment for now, but since it’s 114, I think it’ll be a while. He’s not eating. He’s listless. My third daughter is playing with the milk can. My postpartum hormone imbalance is what caused these results, but the doctor at the hospital praised me for my well-balanced nutrition. Perhaps I’m paying the price for neglecting my diet, busy with work and play before marriage. Or perhaps it’s just my natural constitution. Or maybe I just don’t eat much to begin with. For my own health, I want to continue to strive for a balanced diet. Everyone hasn’t come back yet. Haven’t they? I think they’ll be back soon. I’ll start by stir-frying the root vegetables I cut up. Today, after frying the vegetables, I’ll add sake and mirin, cover, and steam it. Pork soup. [Ingredients] Pork belly, daikon radish, burdock, carrot, konjac, green onion, ginger. [Seasonings] Sake, mirin. You’re getting sleepy. I’m going to bake the spare ribs I marinated in the seasonings in the oven. Yesterday was my second son’s 9th birthday. Since I’m not feeling well, I ordered sushi delivery and a cake from a shop. But I thought it would be nice to have at least one homemade dish. I marinated the spare ribs, but my son rejected them. He wanted fried chicken. So, since I prepared this for my son’s birthday today , I’m going to grill the spare ribs I prepared for his birthday. [Spicy Spare Ribs] 600g bone-in pork, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon cumin powder, 1 teaspoon chili powder, minced garlic, 2 tablespoons white wine. [Whole-grain Mustard and Soy Sauce Spare Ribs] 600g bone-in pork, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 tablespoon whole-grain mustard, 1 tablespoon honey, 1 tablespoon sake. I left it in the refrigerator for over a day, so the flavors should have blended. The root vegetables in the pork soup choked, so I added some water. Grated ginger is delicious. Cover and simmer. My oven can fit two ovens, so I’ll make another dish. Even though I’m making a quiche, making a tart is too much work, so I’ll just make the filling for the quiche. 4 eggs and 200ml milk. I want to jar it. Should I jar it? Should I mix it here? A bowl would be better. I’m being lazy. Mix the milk and eggs in a heat-resistant container and season with just salt. [Quiche] Frozen spinach, 4 eggs, 200ml milk, 1/2 teaspoon salt. I usually add sautéed onions, spinach, and bacon, but today I’d like to add frozen spinach for a quick fix. What’s this?   6. Oh no! Compression fractures are so very painful! I had one in my right arm and shoulder. I've had 3 children and I believe it was as painful as hard labor and the actual birth. I pray God will ease your pain.

    Hope I spelled that the correct way. I really enjoy your videos I hope you get well soon. But I have one comment why is your baby so close to the edge of the bed?
    Honestly he should be in his own bed where it's secure he could turn in Fall before you could catch him. I don't want you to get mad but you need to think about his safety and yours too because if you turn too fast you're going to hurt yourself more.
    I know you have a lot of kids and I really wish you would consider what I say about putting him in his own bed for his safety.
