【1週間のお弁当】娘のリクエストで作る6日間のお弁当記録🍳
Day 1: I woke up early to the sound of rain.
My daughter’s school finally started (yay!), so now I have two bento boxes to make. I made a weekly bento for my son last time, so this time I’m making a weekly bento for my daughter. The bento menu items I asked about in advance were : Chicken Nanban, Kimbap, Sandwich, Yangnyeom Chicken (⭕️), and Soba Meshi. Today I’m making Yangnyeom Chicken. I marinated chicken thighs in sake and salt, boiled carrots, and made namul. I cut the sausages in half and cut them into three pieces. I removed the stems and cut the shiitake mushrooms into bite-sized pieces. I added three eggs, 1.5 teaspoons each of sugar and light soy sauce, and added a little Hondashi and water, mixing well. After the carrots were cooked , I wiped off the excess oil and started frying the omelet . Making bento is easier when the menu is already decided. What should I make for tomorrow’s lunch? One less thing to worry about , and I’m happy too . I pray to God I won’t oversleep in the morning. 🙏 It’s interesting how my son and daughter’s lunchboxes are different, but I’m lonely . I heat up the oil next to them, shape them over very low heat, and finish the omelet. Then, I fry the sausages. I put potato starch in a plastic bag and shake it until it’s evenly coated. I start frying , checking the sausages to make sure they don’t burn. I place the sausages on a plate, wipe it dry, and fry the shiitake mushrooms. Season with salt, pepper , butter, and dashi soy sauce . A lovely aroma rises. Switch frying pans and make the yangnyeom sauce . I add ketchup, gochujang, garlic, mirin, and a little water , taste, and add sugar. Once they’re crispy, I add the sesame seeds to the frying pan. It’s finished! It looks delicious! I put salt and sesame oil in a bowl, squeeze out the water from the boiled carrots, add the sesame seeds, mix well, and the namul is ready . I cut the omelet off . I’ll leave the edges for you. I put lettuce in the divider and start filling it with omelets. I take a clear cup out of the side dish cup case and add the main dish, yangnyeom chicken, with plenty of stir-fried shiitake mushrooms in butter and soy sauce , and sausages in the gaps . I woke up early today so I’m taking it easy, which is good, and I think I can still fit some yangnyeom chicken in. I finish it off with Korean seaweed furikake, and my yangnyeom chicken bento is complete. I forgot to add the carrot namul (← I took too long for breakfast , so I hurriedly heated up a pile of meatballs). I like dome-shaped lunch boxes because the lid can close even with the side dishes . I didn’t forget to pack chopsticks, and I’m out of tea, so I’ve brought a thermos of cold water. Morning mission accomplished . Good luck at school today! I drop the kids off and head to bed with Ritz… I woke up too early, so I’ll have an early nap Zzz. I had planned to wander around during my day trip from voice training, which is my hobby, but my desire to go home early kicked in, so I headed straight home . Day 2 I woke up to my alarm at 6am. Sleep day 2 Cleaned out the dishes in the dishwasher , chicken nanban, kimbap⭕️, sandwiches, yangnyeom chicken⭕️, soba riceToday’s requested lunch box is kimbapBoiled komatsuna and made into namulSliced pickled radishIt would be so much easier if I did all of this preparation the night before , but I fell asleep too earlySprinkled two eggs with salt and made into a thin omeletSeasoned the rice with salt and sesame oilAdded sesame seeds and mixed wellOnce mixed, left to coolBoiled the komatsuna from the stem and made a thin omelet next to itAdded the komatsuna leaves as well (nervous) !! Add the komatsuna (Japanese mustard greens) and sesame seeds, then mix well. The komatsuna namul is ready . After the ingredients are ready, all you have to do is roll it up in nori seaweed (about 30 minutes ). Roll out the rice thinly and let it cool thoroughly. The trick is to roll it thinly. Place some greenery between the egg and pickled radish to prevent the colors from overlapping when rolling. Add some greenery between the egg and pickled radish to create a beautiful cross-section . Add the ingredients tightly, pressing them down to prevent them from scattering. After the first roll , roll the remaining ingredients in the same way. My daughter loves kimbap, so I make it often. I’m becoming a kimbap master… Beef is delicious, like today, but I also like to use Spam instead of beef or add kimchi. The last one is just the right amount of rice and feels great. This is going to be my lunch. I lightly microwaved some leftover fried chicken from dinner the other day, spread sesame oil on the surface, and cut it into bite-sized pieces. The cross section looks like this. I cut two pieces at once and packed the finished kimbap. I made a space to fit the fried chicken, squeezed the heated fried chicken together, and added another kimbap. I stuck a leaf pick into a tomato to add color. 🍅 I sprinkled sesame seeds on top to finish it off . My kimbap bento was complete . For breakfast, I used the remaining ingredients: bibimbap and gochujang, which I bought on a trip to Korea. 🇰🇷 I suddenly had a sweet craving, so I made an Oreo cheesecake. Actually, I wanted chocolate cake… 🥺 I topped it with crushed Oreos and it was done. 💙🩵💙 A treat before bed. Hunters waiting at my feet were peeking from all directions. My cake cravings were fulfilled that night. Day 3: I went back to sleep, and it was 6:30 AM. Day 3 : Chicken Nanban, Kimbap⭕️, Sandwich, Yangnyeom Chicken⭕️, and Sobameshi⭕️. Today’s sobameshi bento is sobameshi , and I thought I’d have plenty of time tomorrow, but I let my guard down and went back to sleep. The ingredients are cabbage, onion, and carrots , all cut into small pieces so they blend well with the sobameshi. Finely chopped carrots are just right. I also added thawed pork belly , onion, and carrots, and the main dish is yakisoba. Cut the onions and carrots into small pieces so they blend well with the rice. This is easy and delicious sobameshi, and I want to put it in my lunchbox once a week. I quickly poured water over it to loosen it up, then added the loosened noodles. I also added the cabbage, salt, and pepper, and warmed up the rice. Taste two packets of yakisoba sauce and adjust with more yakisoba sauce if it’s too thin. Add egg yakisoba rice and a fried egg for topping, and the lunch box is ready. Pile a generous amount into the lunch box and top with the fried egg. Put pickled ginger in the corner and finish with green laver. The soba rice bento is ready . Breakfast is a leftovers festival . Heat up the meat and potato stew in the microwave , and warm up the kinpira, pickled radish, and miso soup, then rearrange them… Breakfast is also finished . Put some cold rooibos tea in the thermos ?!? Wrap the essential spoon in plastic wrap, and after a second nap, make a comeback with this quick meal. Great success, I’m relieved I made it in time 😮💨 I had soba rice for breakfast too. A delicious morning starting with some errands and then plans to go to the hair salon. Straightening, colouring and treatment have revived my hair ❤️❤️ Day 4 I woke up feeling refreshed at 6am Day 4 Beat an egg and made : Chicken Nanban⭕️, Kimbap⭕️, Sandwich, Yangnyeom Chicken⭕️, Soba rice⭕️ Today’s requested bento is chicken nanban . I sprinkled some salt on it, pepper didn’t work. The flour explodes, and after mixing it, I mix it with the egg and there is not much oil left so today I will fry it. Cleaning up the flour… sugar, soy sauce, vinegar The sweet and sour chicken nanban sauce is complete Last time I fried it with potato starch so this time I tried using an egg mixture Today I will add ham and eggs Place the ham on top of plastic wrap and poke a hole in one egg to prevent it from exploding and heat in the microwave for 1 minute While I was doing this, the chicken was fried Put it directly into the sauce I mixed earlier and mix well and it is done Tartar sauce I made last night Ham and eggs made in the microwave Cut it in the middle and cut the edges to make it easier to stuff Cutting off the edges prevents it from falling over and makes it stress-free The edges are mine. Line the side dish cups with lots of chicken marinated in sauce, put lettuce in the dividers, and pre-made kinpira burdock root. Fill the gaps with plenty of carrot namul, pour tartar sauce over it, and top with parsley. Place salted kelp on the rice and it’s done. Day 4 of the requested bento: Chicken Nanban. Good luck at school today too! Just as I was about to take a nap, someone stole my pillow, and it slowly, slowly, made its way to the middle… Day 5: The last bento of the week is a sandwich. Chicken Nanban⭕️ ・Kimbap⭕️ ・Sandwich⭕️ ・Yangnyeom Chicken⭕️ ・Soba rice⭕️ Day 5: Prepare boiled eggs in an egg steamer. Cut chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces and prepare teriyaki chicken. Cook until golden brown, then add sake, mirin, soy sauce, and sugar and simmer until glossy . Today’s bread sandwich : Make a slit in the middle of a pancake sandwich . The boiled eggs are ready. Turn the shells over and mash them with a masher. Add whole grain mustard, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper. Once the teriyaki chicken is done , all you have to do is place them between the slices of bread. Start with a generous helping of eggs. I also like egg sandwiches. I didn’t have any lettuce, so I used lettuce . I used lettuce and topped them with some leftover tartar sauce and arranged three pieces of teriyaki chicken on each side. The lettuce did a pretty good job. My usual breakfast is 7:20, so I get up at 6 to start making my lunch , and I should be able to finish both my lunch and breakfast in just over an hour . Top the egg sandwich with parsley and the teriyaki chicken with sesame seeds. Finish the pancake sandwiches by wrapping each one in plastic wrap. I used to be so happy on Sandwich Day, too . The sandwich box I bought before ? It doesn’t fit… I gave up and switched to a bag. I was actually thinking about making bread from sliced bread if I was feeling well yesterday , but I took a deep nap and forgot. I’m glad I bought a bun. I’m lucky I didn’t have to wash my lunch box today. I brought my lunch bag so it wouldn’t get crushed. I forgot to set the timer… I quickly defrosted some shrimp, chopped up some green peppers, onions, and carrots from the vegetable drawer, and made shrimp pilaf … I chopped up some angry onions, carrots, and some crushed ham . I also microwaved some frozen rice. I added the defrosted shrimp , frozen corn, and the green peppers I forgot to add, along with salt, pepper, and butter. Mix well and it’s done. Shrimp pilaf is a popular dish. Sweet potato stewed with honey and lemon. I also fried an egg for breakfast and it’s done. Today’s lunch is bread, so I had rice for breakfast. I recently bought some nail products 💅 I’m excited to try them out. It’s time to brush my teeth (please don’t touch the tail). Ritz shells. Thank you for watching until the end. そばめしの麺は袋の上からスケッパーでカットしてレンチンで温め、そのまま揉みほぐしてから袋を開けてフライパンに入れれば洗い物が減って楽ですですよ😊
