[Music] [Music] In a separate bowl, mix together cream cheese, muscar pony, and coffee liquor. [Music] Mix the yolk mixture and cream cheese mascar pony mixture until well incorporated. [Music] In a separate chilled bowl, whisk cold allpurpose cream until smooth. [Music] [Music] Use a spatula to gently fold the cream cheese musker pony cream until incorporated. [Music] [Music] Quickly dip the lady fingers one at a time and arrange them in a single layer in the bottom. Dip one on each side so they are moist. Do not so clean fingers or the cake will collapse. [Music] Pipe or spread the cream over the first layer of lady fingers. [Music] Dip and arrange the remaining lady fingers on the top and then spread the remaining cream on top. [Music] [Music] Heat. Heat. [Music] Cover with foil and refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight. [Music] Dust with cocoa powder before serving. [Music] And there you have it, my tamisu cake. Ingredients

• 1 1/2 C espresso or 1 1/2 C hot water 2Tbsp instant coffee
• 3 Tbsp coffee liqueur
• 5 egg yolks (LARGE)
• 1/2 C Sugar
• 500g cream cheese or 16oz mascarpone
• 400ml All purpose cream
• 2tsp vanilla
• ladyfingers/Broas/savoiadi

  2. I'm giving you a 5 star for the presentation, the process and the end result. It's a very baking/ cooking video. My only criticism is your voice over, mahina, talo ng background music ang voice mo hehe. But overall, I'm impressed! Pahingeeeeee 😂
