みりんがない時に、ある食材でも、すき焼きうどんを作るのがすごい❤
油そばは、カットしたトマト🍅とか、キムチ、茹でモヤシとか、茹でたキャベツ🥬等を入れるのが好きです。
お肉はない時はハムとか乗せたりします。
あるもので十分美味しそうでした❤
唐揚げは、手羽先風のタレとかに揚げたあと、からめたり、
チキン南蛮風の酸っぱめなタレにからめて、タルタルソースかけても味変出来て楽しいです。
ノリとかごまとか、トッピングを韓国のふりかかけで対応してて、真似てみようと思いました。
牛肉を柔らかくするなら、
はちみつをお肉に塗って、ラップし、30分漬け込むとか、
炭酸水や重曹に30分ほど漬け込む、その後に調理する際は軽く水洗いをすれば大丈夫。
他にも、牛肉を玉ねぎみじん切りにしたもの(繊維に垂直に切った玉ねぎ)に漬け込むと良いです。
牛肉をジップロックへ入れて叩いたり、
筋を切ったり、フォークで刺したりすると柔らかくなるのと一緒で、繊維を壊す為、ビールやコーラで煮たりしますよね。
アルカリ性や酸性にかたよらせると、お肉は柔らかくなるようです。
