Hello friends. Today we are making shrimp and scallops 
with pappardelle pasta and a Calabrian chili alfredo sauce. Starting with one pound 
of peeled and de veined shrimp. Drizzle with olive oil. Season both sides 
with seafood seasoning. We hope you’re having a wonderful day today. Heat a large skillet to medium 
heat. Add 2 tablespoon of butter. Two tablespoons of oil. Add the shrimp and cook two to 3 minutes. Flip and continue cooking one to two minutes. Once the shrimp are cooked, remove and set aside. Next, drizzle one pound of 
scallops with olive oil. Season with one to two 
tablespoons of seafood seasoning. Don’t forget to like, share, and comment. Next, to the same skillet 
the shrimp was cooked in, add two tablespoons of butter 
and two tablespoons of oil. Add the scallops and cook three to 5 minutes. Flip and continue cooking 3 to 4 minutes. Once the scallops are finished, add 
to a bowl or plate and set aside. Next, fill a large pot with water. Heat to high heat. Cover and bring to a boil. Add a half2 cup of heavy cream, 1/4 cup of butter, 4 oz of cream cheese, salt and pepper to taste. Melt everything together. A half to 3/4 cup of grated 
Parmesan cheese. Melt together. Add 6.35 oz jar of tomato, garlic, 
and Calabrian chili. Spread and stir. Once the water is boiling, 
add 1 tsp of salt and stir. Add 8.8 oz of paprika pasta or pasta of choice. Stir and cook six minutes. Next, add the cooked pasta to 
the shrimp and scallop juices. Pour the Calabrian chili Alfredo over the pasta. Add the cooked shrimp. Add the scallops. Mix to combine everything. Time to dish up. Don’t forget to subscribe. Serve. Enjoy. Thanks for watching today. See you in the next video.

Calabrian Chili alfredo sauce:

1/2 cup/118 ml. of heavy cream
1/4 cup/57 gr. of butter
4 oz. of cream cheese
1/2-3/4 cup/115 gr./171 gr. of parmesan cheese
1-6.35 oz/180gr. jar of tomato, garlic & Calabrian chili spread
Salt & pepper to taste
