タコベル 7 層ブリトーを自宅で作るレシピ!

I’m a former Taco Bell employee and I’m showing you how to recreate your favorite menu items at home. Today we’re making one of the most requested discontinued menu items, the seven layer burrito. Here are my credentials. Start with a large flour tortilla. Warm it up just a bit so it’s pliable. The first layer is Spanish rice. Taco Bell’s version was basically minute rice with seasoning. I just use microwave Spanish rice. It’s fast, easy, and close enough in flavor for me. Second, reffried beans. I just use canned beans and thin them out with a little water. Next is guacamole. Now, when I worked there, guacamole came in a tube, but at home, I love the herd as traditional. It’s ready to go and it tastes really fresh. Then add sour cream, a bit of lettuce, and now comes the cheese. Taco Bell used three cheese blend, which was cheddar, mozzarella, and Monterey Jack, but taco blend works just as well. And finish it with diced tomato. Those are the seven layers. And now for the wrap. This is how we did it at Taco Bell. Fold in the sides of the tortilla towards the center. Then press down gently and spread outward from the middle. This smears the ingredients so you don’t just get one big bite of each ingredient. Next, fold the bottom edge of the tortilla up over the filling and pull it back towards you to tighten the roll. Tuck in the flaps that stick out on the sides. Then keep rolling forward until the burrito is fully sealed. And that is it. You’ve got the discontinued seven layer burrito at home. Same flavor, easy prep, and a little nostalgia in every bite.

7 Layer Burrito (Taco Bell Copycat)

Layers:
Refried beans (warmed)
Spanish rice (I use microwave Spanish rice)
Guacamole (I like Herdez Traditional)
Sour cream
Three cheese blend (cheddar, mozzarella, Monterey Jack or taco blend)
Shredded lettuce
Diced tomato

Assembly:
Warm a large flour tortilla until soft and pliable.
Spread refried beans in a line across the center.
Add Spanish rice directly on top of the beans.
Add a line of guacamole, then a line of sour cream.
Sprinkle on cheese, then add shredded lettuce and diced tomato.

How to wrap it (Taco Bell style):
Fold in both sides of the tortilla toward the center.
Press gently from the middle and spread outward to distribute ingredients evenly.
Fold the bottom edge up over the filling and pull back toward you to tighten.
Tuck in any side flaps that stick out.
Roll forward until sealed.

That’s it! — a discontinued Taco Bell classic, right from your kitchen. Enjoy!

  1. Soooooo for everybody who doesn’t get it….the “credentials” are my Taco Bell bean and rice scoop. It’s basically an inside joke for anyone who’s ever worked at Taco Bell before. You wouldn’t recognize it if you didn’t work there.

Ps the 7 layer burrito is a vegetarian burrito. It’s a burrito version of the classic 7 layer dip (which also doesn’t have meat)

There are plenty of other Taco Bell items to choose from, if you want meat don’t make this one. Thank you have a great day.

  2. Loved this burrito growing up, but the first 2 bites were always just guacamole. I hated that! I usually had to open the burrito to mix it all in properly.

  3. I like to add onion and hamburger meat to mine and I get the five later burrito then ass because they still have that at least on their menu but the price has gotten to be outlandish ! ✝️♥️🙏

  4. I luvd da 7 layer thru high school. Then was with my older brother, ordering in tacobell, ordered like 4 of them, n got a look from him. I was like, Wat? Veggie diet? He asked. Me not know why he was asking, was like I ordered 4. Didn't notice it didn't have no meat, …… Just say, it was that gud, or wacky tabacky was better…. Just a flashback of the 90s…
