Put the lid on and put it on the fire. The stems are hard, so boil them first. When the steam rises, add the flower buds. Put the lid on. Heat for about 2 minutes. Take it out and drain it. Heat the frying pan again and line up the chicken. Lenticel down. Bake on medium heat. Since it is baked with mayonnaise oil, no oil is spread. Take out all the mayonnaise left in the bag and add it.
