<材料>2〜3人分
あさり・・・200g
玉ねぎ・・・1/2個
マッシュルーム・・・50g
セロリ・・・1本
人参・・・50g
じゃが芋・・・100g
水・・・150cc
野菜ジュース・・・200cc
バター・・・15g
塩、こしょう

<作り方>
1、あさりは砂出しをして、洗ってザルにあげる。
  鍋にあさりとワインを入れて火にかけワイン蒸しにする。
2、玉ねぎは1センチ四方にきる。
  マッシュルームは2〜3ミリの薄切り。 
  セロリは筋を取って、7ミリ角にきる。
  人参は7ミリ角にきる。
  じゃが芋は皮を剥いて1センチ角にきる。
3、鍋に②の野菜と水150ccを入れ、フタをして弱火にかける。
  野菜が柔らかくなれば、野菜ジュースとあさりに煮汁を加えて中火で煮立て、さらに5〜6分煮る。
4、仕上げに塩、こしょうし、バターを加え、あさりを加えて温める。
