Nutrition bars

Ingredients☘️
1 & 1/2 cup of rolled oats
1/2 cup of nuts ( pistachios & cashews)
3 tbsp flax seeds
1/2 inch of cinnamon stick
2 tbsp honey
1 cup sweetened peanut butter
1 tsp vanilla essence
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp coconut oil

Recipe☘️
1. Start by roasting oats on medium flame till it changes colour and turns aromatic.
2. Once done transfer to the blender,add flax seeds,cinnamon stick and blend it smooth.
3. Transfer the blended mix to a bowl.
4. Blend the nuts coarsely,add it to the mixing bowl.Mix the dry ingredients.
5. Now add honey,peanut butter,vanilla essence,salt and coconut oil.Mix it thoroughly till it comes together.
6. Prepare laddoos or use a silicone mould to shape it into bars.In case of silicone moulds press it down for the perfect shape.Keep it in the freezer for an hour.
7. Demould and store in an airtight jar.
