Hi everyone! It’s a doozy of a day and I’m finishing up work today. I thought I’d make macarons and bring them to work tomorrow, which is rare. Next we’ll narrow it down to Snoopy’s. I was really struggling with how to narrow it down. I narrowed it down to two overlapping circles, large and small, like this I’m done squeezing Snoopy’s too. It’s kind of gotten really big, but look. Do you think it’ll be okay❓This Maybe I’m a little too big. I’m anxious, and as usual, I made insurance macaroons. Now let’s dry this one with Charlie Brown. bye-bye bang This is how the drying process ended. When you can stroke it like this, it’s OK. It seems to dry faster than before. I guess the humidity is gone after all. For now, I’d like to start with Charlie Brown. Now… bake it at high temperature for 4 1/2 minutes. I was able to get the pied piper out, so… After that, we bake it slowly at a low temperature for about 10 minutes. It looks good, doesn’t it? bang Snoopy’s pieds are also very nicely pied like this. And the white ones, they tend to brown pretty easily. Cover it with aluminum like this. Bake for 10 minutes after this. All the macaroons were baked like this! I make macarons like crazy. Almond pudding, because I think you probably use it more than other people. They never expire, probably. I’m talking about in comparison to that. When I was mentoring interns. I’m usually at home. And I’m only in the office every day during that period. And, you know, I really don’t go out for drinks or anything. There are quite a few drinking parties during that period of time, and so on. I don’t really have the strength. I’ve wasted a lot of energy making candy. It’s fun to drink and stuff. I like to talk. I’ll tell you all about it when I get there. No matter how much fun you have. It’s so exhausting. that was a delicious meal (said after meals) Wow, going to the license after this is going to be a huge pain in the ass. Really. Everyone lives alone I don’t know if you have a plate like this. But I think it’s on the tiny side. I don’t know. Use these all the time for all kinds of things. Today was the first time in a long time that I didn’t have anything planned for the whole day. And on days like this… Basically, I never leave the house. I want to go shopping or something. I wanted to see a movie. That’s part of it. I think it’s a lot of work to get there. It’s a little bit of a pain in the ass. I shop online at home. Game distribution and animation. ごま油は普通のサラダ油で代用したよ!
🌸マカロン🌸(動画のサイズで12個分
ーーー材料ーーー
純粉砂糖 35g
アーモンドプードル 35g
グラニュー糖 35g
卵白 1個
ーーー作り方ーーー
①粉類は2回振るっておく
②卵白を軽く泡立てグラニュー糖を3分の1加えてミキサーで混ぜる
③白っぽくなったらさらに3分の1加えてさらに混ぜる
④角が経つようになったら残りのグラニュー糖とアイシングカラーを加えてボールをひっくりかえしてもメレンゲが落ちないくらいまで泡立てる
⑤粉類を2回に分けていれ、きるようにへらでまぜる
⑥垂らした時にリボン状になるまでマカロナージュする。
⑦絞って、トントンして、表面を爪楊枝などでなめらかにしたら3時間乾燥(指でなぞれるくらいまで。湿気が多い場合は3時間以上必要な場合も)
⑧150℃に予熱したオーブンで4分30秒やく(2分でプレートを180℃回転させる)
⑨130℃に設定し直してそのまま10分約く
⑩4時間以上置いてからシートから剥がす
⑪お好みのガナッシュでサンドして冷蔵庫で3時間以上冷やす
オーブンによっては焼く温度を変えないとかも💦
【おまけ】
クリームは私好みで作ってるものだけど良かったらやってみてね💕︎
クリームチーズ 50g
生クリーム 50g
砂糖 35g
①クリームチーズと砂糖をボールにいれて、ヘラでなめらかになるまでまぜる。
②生クリームを少しづつ加えながらハンドミキサーでさらに混ぜていく。(分離しない程度まで固めに混ぜる。室温が高い場合は氷水にボウルをつけながらやってね)
※うまく固まらない人は生クリームが40%以上のものを使うか、ホイップに置き換えてやってみてね!
【ガナッシュ】
ーーー材料ーーー
チョコレート(スイートまたはミルク) 100g
生クリーム 100g
①チョコレートを細かく刻み、耐熱ボウルに入れる
②小鍋に生クリームを入れ、中火で沸騰直前まで温める
③温めた生クリームをチョコレートに注ぎ、1分ほど置いてから中心からゆっくり混ぜて溶かす
④なめらかになったら絞り袋に流し入れ、常温または冷蔵庫でやや固まるまで冷やす
⑤マカロンに挟む

ちなみに、太らない食事のコツは、朝、昼、夜の割合を3:5:2だそうですよ、昼が一番活動のピークなので、お昼ガッツリはベストだそうです。後、空腹を感じない時に無理に食べず、胃腸を休ませること、夕食は軽めに消化の良いものメインで、就寝3時間前は食べないことだそうです。
私も、久方ぶりの1人暮らしになってからは、コスパ重視もあり、外食はめったにしませんね、カフェも基本パス、スイーツ🎂🍰🧁もたまには買おうかなと思っても、迷った挙げ句に、自分で製作しようという決意に辿り着きます😊
