I have prepared an incredibly delicious 
airy milk pie, and it is very easy to make. For the dough, I need 3 eggs,
180 g of sugar or 12 tablespoons, and for taste, I add a pinch of salt.
½ teaspoon of vanilla extract. Then beat this mixture with a mixer until 
it becomes a light, uniform foam. Add 220 g of sifted flour, which is about 1¾ cups, 1½ teaspoons of baking powder, and mix everything 
well with a mixer. In a heavy-bottomed saucepan, pour in just under 1 cup (200 ml) of milk and 
add 3½ tablespoons (50 g) of butter. Warm over low heat until the butter has completely melted.
Without cooling, pour the milk-butter mixture into the dough.
Then I send the pie to the oven for 40 minutes at 180°C (356°F).

  1. Wait…what? She begins by saying, “I have prepared a delicious and airy milk pie…..” Yep, a milk PIE, even though the title reads as a CAKE. Pie is NOT cake! Even if the batter is poured into a pie pan, it’s still a cake.
