ビーフストロガノフ

Hello there, everyone. Today, I’m going to be cooking something that a lot of American households make… Introducing – Beef Stroganoff Originally this is a dish from Russia, but I’ll be making the American version today. There’s a lot of carbs and sodium in this dish so there’s no way I can eat this every day, but today is my lucky day. The other day my wife was asking me to make this so….I will! The recipe’s here, but Ileft a link to it in the description as well. To make the beef as soft as possible, I’m going to use a process called “velvetting”. First, put the beef in a plastic bag and flatter it as much as possible. Then, let’s cut away the fat and thinly slice the beef. After slicing, add the beef to a bowl and put in some baking soda mix well and put in the fridge for about 20 minues to cool down. While that’s cooling, let’s cut the veggies. Grab a single, large white onion and of course some eye wear. Time for the mushrooms Grab your favorite beer and enjoy the last half! Add one teaspoon of oil to a large pan and heat on high heat. Add the beef in and fry. Next, add in 2 teaspoons of flour and stir well. Add in about 2 cups (230 cc) of beef broth and mix. Next, add in the sour cream and stir well. Set the heat to medium / medium-high and cook for about 5 to 6 minutes. Let’s make the pasta! Add water to a pot, bring to a boil, and let the pasta cook for about 10 minutes. Add the piping hot noodles to the plate, lather on the sauce, and the dish is done! What do you think, you all? American-style Beef Stroganoff!
