旨味の強さヘビー級【タコス】チーズ×牛肉×ベーコン「ボルケーノ」|メキシコ大使館レシピ

now we’re going to continue to prepare the next taco that it’s a volcano [Music] [Applause] [Music] Taco I’m going to start with the sauce the sauce will be with these ingredients we use tomato onion coriander this chili that that is Aral chili it’s very very very spicy we also use this green tomato that you can find here can also in some stores here in [Music] Japan Bang Bang [Music] baby so I will start with this we’re going to cut a piece of onion we’re going to take out skin and you will see that make a Mexican sauces is very easy we’re going to put all the ingredients in our [Music] with water salt and we’re going to boil a like 50 minutes more or less while your sauce is H making you can start or make your your meat for this we’re going to use this meat that you find here in Japan it’s for Shabu Shabu and it will be perfectly for our Taco I will start with a reheating My Pan then I will cut some [Music] onion I will add some oil to our hot pan then I will put our onion and I will let it cook until it turns H Brown meanwhile I’m going to cut some [Music] bacon and as you see it start to being Brown our onion I will add our [Music] bacon I will add a little bit of salt our bacon and our onion like this we’re going to add our beef now it’s time to finish our the steak with salt and pepper now I will mix our sauce it’s ready I know that it’s ready because the chili are already soft so I can touch it like this and it will be ready I will mix this [Music] and I will recommend to mix like 1 minute now for finish our dish in another pan I will make the volcano we need this kind of tortillas that it’s tostada instead for make our volcano we’re going to put in our pan to re heat I will shop some coriander also because it’s really really good with your volcano [Music] I will put some of myak then I will cover it with cheese [Music] and I will let it here until the cheese melt the fire is very very [Music] low and it is what you call it volcano because the cheese seems like lava that comes from the [Music] volcano now our volcano is ready so I will put it three of them to the plate the cheese is already melted I will cover it with our spicy sauce put some coriander on it [Music] now I’m going to try this volcano of course you have to put some lemon on it I will recommend to grab your volcano like this I don’t know why but in Mexico we have to put fingers up when when we it and then I’m going to bite it to [Music] try well you have the tortilla crunchy and then the feeling that it’s made with beef and bacon and also the cheese have a very good texture on your mouth the sauce is really really spicy and I will recommend to take always this with h beer Mexican beer this one comes from the north of the country and also you can find in here here in Japan [Music]

【メイン材料】(4〜6人分)
牛肉(しゃぶしゃぶ用)200g
玉ねぎ(薄切り) 100g
ベーコン(みじん切り) 60g
とろけるチーズ 200g
塩胡椒 少々
【メキシカンソース材料】
トマティーヨ 5個
トマト 2個
玉ねぎ 1/4個
アルボル(乾燥唐辛子)  15本(お好みに調整してください)
粗塩 適量
コリアンダー 1/2カップ
水 1/2カップ
【ほか】
とうもろこしのトルティーヤ(トスターダ) 適量
コリアンダー(みじん切り) 1/2カップ
ライム 適量

★チレの特徴
アルボル
一般的な唐辛子。 マイルドな辛みと甘味があります。
手に入らない場合はお好みの量の鷹の爪で代用してみてください。

★トマティーヨ
グリーントマトのようにみえますが、実はホオズキの仲間。酸味がある爽やかな果実です。
ネットは南米系の食材店で手に入ります。
少しハードルが高い方は、食材も手軽な赤のサルサをぜひ。
