I’m going to take you on a buffet tour of cheap buffets starting with Phu Kitchen
at 79 baht. Let’s get started. [Music] [Music] All right, here it is. This is
the Kanom Jeen. And also got some rice. This look like a stir-fried uh veggies with
pork maybe. Also, we have some beans as well as some more pork. It looks like a gailan or
some kind of greens. And then we have looks like some bamboo shoots with some sausage.
And then down here we have some sausage. And it looks like maybe some fish balls. Also,
we got some chilies and vinegar. [Music] to make a noodle bowl. Namo curry. This another
curry with fish balls. And also we have another curry. It’s like a red curry, huh? The coconut
curry. We got some green curry. Oh my gosh, that green curry looks really good, too. We
got some uh dill and cilantro, mustard greens, sprouts, got chives, some green beans. Also
got some cucumber and shredded cabbage. And over here you also have condiments too. You
have some chilies, a chili and vinegar. Also you got some peanuts. We got fried shallots, chili
powder. Remember that’s roasted chili and sugar, fish sauce, chopsticks. Looks like they have
some soup here. Some greens and a little bit of meat. Try this chicken and mushroom.
I don’t know if it’s a soup or a curry, but looks like coconut curry almost. Yeah.
Smells really good, though. All right. And also we got this uh braced pork with tofu. Deep fried
tofu. Oh, there’s egg in there, too. Oh my gosh. Score. [Music] Oh yeah. Chicken. Oh, chicken,
too. Chicken, pork, and tofu. Blanch up some egg noodles. Mix the vegetables and blanch
up some cabbage as well as some sprouts. And you can pick out different noodles you want. You have egg noodles. You have also
vermicelli noodles, rice noodles. Okay. All right. Okay. So, he gave us another
bowl, which is good. Looks like some garlic and Yeah. shallots. Yeah. Little bit of That looks
really good. There’s a chicken chicken neck. Also chicken heart. Uh let’s see here. That’s just
piece of chicken fat or chicken pieces. Also, you have also have little chicken
wingets. You got little tips bits. Also, you have the drums, little drums, like
a couple of those. And also they have, I believe, the heart and shredded chicken.
Yeah, it’s good. Perfect. Of course, you also French condiments to add to it
as well. Mustard greens, also cucumbers. There you go. Okay, guys. We are here at Phu
Kitchen to try their epic buffet for 79 baht. Yes, you heard correctly. 79 baht. And take a
look at everything I got today. All right, we have three different noodle
dishes here. this is Nam ngiao. Also, we have a green curry. And also, we have one
that we made ourselves with some chicken. And then we have a wonderful selection
of meats and curries. And over here, we have a selection of rice with a bunch
of veggies and meats as well. Stir fries. Now, before coming here, I didn’t realize
what to expect. And when we got here, man, this spread is amazing. They have different
stations. One station over there, they actually making fresh noodles for you. On the other side,
they have a station where they have curries as well as some stir-fried veggies and meats. Guys,
this selection of food is amazing. So, let’s get started on this amazing spread here near the Chao
Praya River. All right, we’re going to start with some Nam ngiao, with the Kanom Jeen noodles. There
you go, guys. These are the kanji noodles in here. These are fermented rice noodles. And this curry,
Nam ngiao curry also comes with a chicken. Look at this big piece of chicken. Also got some comes
with some roasted tomatoes. We put some dill in there as well and some also some Thai basil. Wow,
this looks so good. And I’m so excited to dig in. Oh my goodness, that basil is so
fragrant. Also, this curry is spicy. M. All right. Next, we’re going to move
on to the green curry. And they had the condiment station. We have green
beans, sprouts, chives, cucumber, cabbage. Then you have the cotton bean
noodles. Also, I believe they have some uh fish balls. Of course, also comes with some
chicken as well. And they got some mustard greens. Let’s go and try this green curry
with some chicken and some mustard greens. It’s amazing. We just found this
place just recently and um to we didn’t know what to expect but
right now food quality really good. Also uh actually I purchased a tea um it’s
Chrysanthemum tea big fan of Chrysanthemum tea and you have to pay separately for drinks. So,
uh, this casting tea cost me 25 baht. All right, let’s try one of these rice dishes. This roasted
pork come out later, so I made sure to pick this up. Got some roasted pork along with some rice.
Also, we had tofu in there, fried tofu. Also, they had chicken in there and also a boiled egg.
Let’s go and try some of this. Got the rice and the roasted pork. I’m going to give this a
try. Seriously, if I was just coming here just for this, I’d be very, very happy. I try
a little bit of this egg with the fried tofu. M. The tofu absorbs the broth. So, Oh, yeah.
So good. One of the wonderful things about being here at this buffet. We’re sitting outside
near the Cha River. Nice breeze coming in. And I love eating outside, especially when you’re near
the water. It makes it so much more fun. Also, we see these boats going by the different
boats. You got to the big two boats. Also, you have the charter boats. And as you can see
behind me, guys, this buffet, it’s busy. We got here a little bit early and then we basically wait
about 5 10 minutes before they open. But there’s people that beat us here. That’s how popular it
is. I think this is like a coconut curry. Got a piece of chicken in here with the mushrooms.
So, I’m going to add a little bit of rice to this [Music] coat and curry, lemongrass,
chicken, mushrooms. A little bit spicy, a little bit sweet. Perfect. Wonderful curry. All
right. This is a wonderful plate. Just kind of stir fried vegetables. You have meats along with
some rice. Right here we have the green beans, carrots. Also, I believe this is a pork. We’ll
try this stir fry with the rice. [Music] Guys, that was a really big flavor bomb or flavor.
Spicy, but also very savory, too. Oh, this is really good. [Music] We got some huge tugboats
going by. I’m sure you guys can hear behind me, too. There’s a lot of noise from the boats going
by. But that’s what makes this experience more fun, right? You have the experience of having all
the boats going by, and you can hear them, right? You can hear them right there beside me. All
right. And then we also have some more stir- fried pork here along with some greens. I think this
is um gailan. I have some gailan with some pork. M. Oh, that’s yummy. It’s pork with gailan.
Not as spicy, but wonderful savory flavor. This is 79 baht Buffet under $3. And look
at all the variety of food you get. Yeah. I see you get like pork, chicken, sausage. Not
only that, but you have all these different vegetables. The plates look so colorful cuz
they have so many different vegetables. Really nice. I believe this is a sausage with a
wrapped around in some tofu skin. Also, we got some ch sweet chili. Let me go and just dip
it in there. Mhm. And I always look at this way. If you go to buy just a typical meal,
right? You can get like a pod cap meal at food court that be like 60 baht 79 baht
entire buffet. Crazy value. The soup has big pieces of pork in there as well. The
greens. Oh wow. Let’s try some of the soup. Oh yeah. I just love this kind of
soup. Has a little bit of a tang to it. Okay. And this is the noodle dish that we made up
ourselves with a lot of dipping chicken. And also we got some greens on here. Got some cucumber,
cilantro. But let me go ahead show you guys this egg noodles. That’s There it is. Got sprouts,
cabbage, and here you go. The egg noodles. Also got piece of chicken, cabbage sprouts. Let’s
give this a try. Here is our dry egg noodles. M. Seriously, the one more thing about this food,
it tastes very fresh. Like it’s freshly made. You know, getting a bit of crit by yourself. Also,
you can see what’s going inside the food. Also, this buffet opens at 10:30 and closes at
4:00. This restaurant is typically for mukarta at dinner time. So, they offer the lunch
buffet, but they also have mukarta during dinner. So if you guys want to enjoy an experience here
having a Thai meal along the Chao Praya River, food kitchen might be a place you want to come
visit. Oh, and also just let you know they do have salad available if you want some salad.
But we didn’t get the salad, but be mindful of the food. So when you come here, they do charge
extra if you leave food behind. So be mindful of that. They told us that at the beginning. And uh
and when you get here, you um go to the front, you pay, they give you a bowl, a plate, as well as
some cutlery to eat with start your buffet. Also, they have beer and sodas here. You can purchase
additional charge. That pork belly. [Music] Oh yeah. [Music] That’s so good. Oh, also this
buffet is not too far away from Chinatown. So, if you guys are visiting Chinatown
area and want to try a cheap buffet, this may be a place you want to consider. All
right, but we’re going to go ahead and finish this up and move on to our next location.
But in the meantime, click the opportunity to smash the like button, subscribe, and we’ll
see you guys in the next location. [Music] Uh, you have one. Yeah. Uh, one
more. Denmark. Denimbar. Okay. Okay. One one egg. One egg. Yeah. Uh 18. Oh, okay. [Music] Okay. Thank you. [Music] Thank you. [Music] [Music] Uh chip tip 48. Oh yeah. Yes. [Music] Okay, we’re at our next location at Limb Pork Leg
Buffet. This is a khao kha mu uh buffet. And guys, I’m a big fan of Kao Kha Mu. And let me go
ahead and show you guys what we got. Okay, we have two different styles of Kao Kha
Mu. We have one here that has the meat as well as some stomach. And also, we
got an egg. The egg cost 10 BT extra. And then over here we got more of the kind of the
gelatinous skin part as well as the meat. Also got some greens and mustard greens. This buffet guys
is all you can eat khao kha mu for 79 bot. That is under $3 for all you can eat uh pork, right?
So let’s go ahead and dig into this khao kha mu. First we’ll start with a traditional khao
kha mu. This is how you usually get it served, right? We also put some garlic and chilis on
here. And let me go ahead and try some of this meat. Look at this meat. Look how tender this meat
is. Now, for you guys that don’t know what khao kha mu is, this is a pork leg that’s stewed for
a long time in a broth. It’s so stewed so long. Look at this. How tender it is. Just just breaks
apart so easy. Along with that, they also have this kind of the skin, the kind of gelatinous
part right here. See that? So, I’m going to try a bite with the meat and the skin and the rice
together. One bite. First bite here at Limbs. I had a piece of garlic in there. That was
so good. This pork is so tender. Seriously, like that most melts in your mouth. Kind of
tender. So, the gelatinous part, great texture of the gelatinous part, the skin, guys. This is
good khao kha mu. You saw earlier he poured the kind of the gravy that they stew the pork into
all over this khao kha mu. So, wow. The flavor is so so good. Here you go. This is what I was
talking about. The really the gelatinous part, the skin part, it’s really jiggly, but you know,
this part right here, I think a lot of people are scared of, but guys, this has so much flavor
here in this slightest part. You break that up. It’s really tender. Break it up with some
meat. That is such a good bite right here. All right. It’s really good. One thing
about having like a khao kha mu buffet, you always want to worry about
like the the quality of the food, right? The main signature item is khao kha mu.
This probably some of the best I’ve had. And also, I’ve had a lot of khao kha mu, so I’m not
exaggerating here. This is really, really good. Here it is. This is their chili sauce. I’m
going to put some of this chili sauce on top, guys. Thai chilis right here with some
ginger, um, garlic, some meat right here. Making the ultimate bite right now.
About ready to burn my face off right here. Oh my gosh, that is so good. This chili
sauce a little bit vinegary and tangy. Also, it’s a little bit spicy, but not as spicy
as you think. But that’s one thing I love about Thai food is you have like a little bit of
sweet, a little bit salty, a little bit savory, also a little bit spicy and vinegary. You put
all those flavors together, guys. That is how you do khao kha mu right here. Really good. All
right. And then we also have some greens. This is just a typical I think almost like a Chinese
green. And I’ll eat it with my khao kha mu. Oh my gosh. I just had this chili. I didn’t
realize the chili was in there. Wow. This right here. So much fire. But it’s really good.
But wow, it’s spicy. Also, when we got here, he mentioned this is the stomach of
the pig. The chopped up stomach. Also, we had a tender tender. Look at that. Look how
tender that is. This just falls apart. Take some of the stomach, some of the the garlic meat.
Make a bite here. All right, let’s try this. That’s one thing about having khao kha
mu is having a lot of different textures, right? You have the jiggly part of the skin, but
also you have the jiggly part of the stomach, but it’s also kind of a little
bit more snap to it as well. So, it’s not 100% jiggly like skin. It’s also
very clean flavor. So, I’ll tell you what, you can definitely have the stomach and be okay.
All right, let’s try some of this egg. Now, I mentioned earlier, guys, this egg 10 bot extra.
Look at that. Look how orange that egg is. That is amazing. This egg looks really, really good.
Take a bite of this egg. A little bit of the pork. M. Next is pickled mustard greens. Pickled
mustard greens are really good with khao kha mu. Why? Because it’s pickled. So
the greens have a little bit more vinegary flavor to it. Having that
khao kha mu, it works. Here we go. That is ridiculously good. Wow. And honestly, you
could probably buy this one plate and pay 79 baht and be perfectly fine. But have it as a buffet.
That’s just I guess icing on the cake. Really good. I’m a big fan of this like chili sauce. This
is really good. I like it. It’s not too spicy, but at the same time also has a wonderful
uh vinegar flavor to it. When you come here and you want to try this, yeah, mix it up. have a
wonderful uh dining experience trying the chilies, the garlic, the khao kha mu. Look at that. This
is the ultimate bite right here. This is so good. Just let you know guys, this is right down
the street from the Ekkamai uh train station, BTS. About like I think like what how many
minutes? Less than 10 minutes away. 10 less 10 minutes away walking from here. Also, they
are open at 7:00 and they serve till 5:00. So, you have all day pretty much to try this
buffet. Hate to say, but if I live near here, I’d probably be here almost every day.
That’s how crazy good it is. Also, it’s a great value. [Music] Mhm. Oh, and one
thing that also makes this buffet special is those people that work here. Super nice. They
were right when we walked in and they’re really, really nice. So, tell you what, I just love
Thai businesses that have just people that have really nice treat you really well. Also,
the staff here speaks English. So, don’t be afraid to give this place a try. Seriously. All
right, but we’re going to go ahead and enjoy our cow pow and then we’ll move on to our next
location. So, be sure to stick around. [Music] Okay, we’ve arrived at the final location for our
cheap buffet tour and we’re here at the Sam Sam Bar and this restaurant here is near the Mason
Hotel and we are going to try some northeastern uh Thai food Here at the Son Bar, we have some
rice noodles with some diminish sausages. Also, we got corn salad. And then we have some
minced chicken. It’s kind like a lob with some herbs. And also, we have a Thai fried
rice. And this is a grilled pork salad with herbs. It’s like a lob as well. Also, we have
grilled pork with some namjim jao. And then we have fried chicken. And of course, we have the
popular sam, which is a papaya salad. And also, we got some northeastern Thai herb soup with
pork. And then finally, of course, we got some sticky rice as well. So, we are all set to have
a wonderful feast here. Let’s get started. Okay, we’re going to start with this fried chicken cuz
we heard good things about this fried chicken. You hear that crunch? That batter on the chicken
is really good. I can see why the reputation of this chicken is so high because that chicken bite
was really good. The meat is tender, but also that breading is so light but crispy. As you can see,
guys, I’m breaking this apart. See how juicy that is. It’s still tender at the same time. This outer
part right here is super crispy. Look at that. This flakes off. This fried chicken batter also
has herbs in it. So that’s why seasoned batter Of course, we’re going to also dig into some of
the sum, which is the name after the restaurant, papaya salad. Al, as you can see, we have some
beans. We have some of these little shrimp in there, tomatoes, of course, papaya, carrots. This
sum looks really, really good. All right, Sam. M. I think we asked for less spicy, but
this is so spicy. Woah, that fire. But one thing about the sum, it’s well balanced
in flavor. So you’re not getting overpower in flavor. All right. Then we have this warm
sticky rice. I’m dig into some of this. See that? And one thing you do with the
sticky rice is you go ahead and dip it in some of the chrysanthemum juices. Oops.
Just like that. This is a great combination. Oh my goodness. Let me go ahead and try some of this uh uh grilled
pork. Also, it has some of the sauce. Namjim jao. Let’s go dip it in here. All right, here we
go. [Music] M. That namo sauce is really good. Sticky rice and grilled pork go together hand in
hand. Just basically eating with my hands here, guys. There it is. Got some sticky rice. I’m going
to dip it in here. Some of the namjim ja sauce. Oh, good. Also, they gave us a bunch of
veggies. Got a lettuce. Also got some basil. I’m going make a wrap here,
guys. All right. Like that. Also, I’m take some of this grilled pork, dip it in
some of the sauce, put it in. Just like that, guys. There you go. I’m making a like a Korean
sam lettuce wrap. All right, here it is. I’ve only had a few things here, but man, this
buffet is good. And I love the basil in there with that nuzz wrap. Oh my gosh, that was so
good. All right, I’m going to try some of this uh pork uh herb soup. Northeastern
soup. It has some veggies in there, herbs, also a wonderful piece of pork.
All right, let’s try some of the soup. Oh, that’s good. It’s a really kind of a wonderful
broth. Really nice. Really soothing. But yeah, the definitely the dill comes out really well here
in the soup. Also, they have cabbage in here. Oh, this is really good. M. All right, let’s try some
of these noodles. These are rice noodles. Also has the kind the beame sausage on here and herbs.
Take a bite with the red onion noodles. Sausage. One thing I love about this buffet, not
only they provide you small plates, right, so you can try a lot of different things, but
also the food quality. Really good. Next, we’re going to try some of this corn salad. This looks
really good. All right, here it is. Corn salad. You can definitely taste the salted egg. Also, this buffet is located just down the
street from Nana BTS. So, really convenient to get to. Oh, just remember the buffet does not
include the drink. So, we ordered a cassette tea. Oh yeah, I just love having tea. Also
when you have like sam, right? Spicy papaya salad. Having chrysanthemum
tea really good. Really refreshing. Next we’re going to try some of
the slob with the minced chicken. I also want to put some sticky rice
with it. Make a spoonful right here. M. Oh, that’s good. That French
chicken is really good with the herbs, red onion. But man, that’s good. That’s
one thing about you when you use the herbs, if you can make it well blended and
just really heighten the flavor of the chicken. Wow. That one of my winners
here. Right. And this is the fried rice. The fried rice is made with lemongrass. So very
fragrant. Yeah, it’s a little bit different from traditional fried rice. But man, it’s really good
flavor. Also, for this restaurant, you need to make a reservation for this restaurant. So, I’ll
be sure to leave a link in the description box below for all the locations we’ve been to, as
well as a reservation link for this buffet. And then we have here a grilled pork with u herbs.
So, some like a pork lob. That’s grilled pork. M. Wow, that is really good. All this northern
or northeastern Thai food. Wow. I’ve never been exposed to this much northeast Thai food ever
before. Guys, this is good. I’m going try some of the sticky rice with this grilled pork with
herbs. There you go. Look at that. Oh my gosh. I tell you what, this is definitely a fun buffet. Not only is it cheap
and affordable, but a lot of fun. The food’s really good. And can you believe
this? They have dessert as a part of the buffet. We have a bean with coconut milk
and also I believe it looks like sago, maybe tapioca pearls as well as some fresh fruit.
We have some pineapple as well as some watermelon. Let me go ahead and try some of this uh coconut
milk with some beans as well as some sago. Yeah, you can’t go wrong
coconut milk. Wow, really good. That’s watermelon. Oh, I forgot to mention also this buffet has
an hour and 30 minute time limit and so but I think you can get through this time limit
really easily. The small dishes were really good and yeah, we had a wonderful time. I also
really enjoyed this grilled pork with herbs as well as the minced chicken with herbs. Those two
were my favorite on this buffet here today. Yeah, we had a wonderful time at all three buffets.
But you guys got to let me know what was your favorite of the three buffets we went
to in this episode. Make sure to leave a comment below. But that’s going to be
a wrap for today. Hope you guys enjoyed today’s episode. If you did, make sure to
smash that like button. As always, guys, appreciate your support. Have yourself a wonderful

I am thai but I dont even know how to making money with these prices. 79 baht is like what you get for maybe 1.5 dishes outside
Thought Terminal 21 food court was value when you went through their food / beverage places
It's chicken blood not hearts
Another fantastic and unique recommendation! With only three full days in Bangkok, we'll have to make sure we're eating every single hour to fit it all in.
