Warm water 335 g, salt 15 g. Extra virgin olive oil 15 gram. For the leavenvening agent, choose one active sourdough starter 100 g. Fresh yeast 12 g active dry yeast 6 g. Instant yeast 4 g. Preparation step by step. In a bowl, pour the warm water and add your chosen yeast or starter. Stir well. Add the salt and olive oil. Gradually mix in the flour until you get a smooth, elastic dough. Cover the bowl with a clean towel and let it rest for 1 to two hours. Transfer the dough onto a lightly flowered surface and knead it gently by hand. [Music] [Music] Let it rise again until it doubles in size. Meanwhile, prepare the tomato sauce. For this super easy tomato sauce, garlic cloves, two slightly crushed. Canned tomato sauce or pata about 700 g. [Music] Salt to taste, dried oregano to taste, olive oil a generous drizzle. Combine the sauce with crushed garlic, salt, olive oil, and oregano. Once the dough has risen, divide it into six balls. Let them rest again under a towel. [Music] Flatten each ball by hand directly onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Spread a first layer of tomato sauce and bake for a few minutes. Take the pizza out. Add a second layer of sauce, diced mozzarella, [Music] and a drizzle of olive oil. Return to the oven and bake until the cheese has melted and the crust is golden. Serve hot and enjoy. And there you go.
