A creamy pasta loaded with avocado and shrimp! I used a whole avocado. Half of it went into the cream, and the other half as chunks. The seasoning is simple: avocado, butter, milk, salt, and pepper. The only ingredients are shrimp and avocado. Creamy avocado with springy shrimp— why do they go so perfectly together? This time I used a thinner pasta, and the sauce clings beautifully! It would also work great as a chilled dish. The basil on top pairs wonderfully too!
