Bruschetta Boursin Bites
These bruschetta over Boris and baguettes delicious. These would be a great appetizer for a party or just a snack on at home. If you are taking this to a party, you can definitely make it ahead. Just leave it on here and then when you want to serve it, just go ahead and place it onto the crustinis. So, I quarter my tomatoes and then I scoop out all of the seeds on the inside. And we’re just going to dice them up or chop up your basil. Going to add about a tablespoon of minced garlic. You want to add about a teaspoon to 2 tsp of olive oil, some salt, and some pepper. Then we’re going to add about a teaspoon of balsamic vinegar. And give that a good mix. So I just take these baguettes. And then if you’re doing dairy, you do this brand or this kind. Doing dairyfree, I use this stuff. And you just take some of that boris. I prefer the all fine herbs. Add a little bit to the bottom. If you’re fancy, you can pipe this on. And then just add e. And optional, you can put um parmesan on top. You can even bring it to a party.
✨ Bruschetta Boursin Bites ✨
The easiest little party app that looks fancy but comes together in minutes!
Fresh tomatoes, basil, garlic and balsamic on top of creamy Boursin and crisp baguette slices = total crowd pleaser. 🥖🍅🌿
Here’s how to make them:
• 4–5 Roma (or vine) tomatoes, diced
• 1 bundle basil (about ⅓–½ cup, chopped)
• 1 tbsp garlic, minced
• 1 tsp balsamic vinaigrette
• 2 tsp olive oil
• ½ tsp salt, ¼ tsp pepper
• ½–1 container Boursin (Garlic & Fine Herbs)
• 24–30 baguette slices
• Optional: grated Parmesan
Mix tomatoes, basil, garlic, balsamic, olive oil, salt + pepper. Spread Boursin on baguette slices, top with the tomato mixture, and sprinkle with Parmesan if you like.
Pro tip: prep the tomato mix ahead of time, but don’t top the baguettes until serving so they stay crisp!
