Their drinks were super refreshing, but the star for me was the pork belly bunme. That crispy skin gave the best crunch with every single bite. The pork was tender and flavorful, and the crunch with the soft bread and fresh veggies made it the perfect combo. We also tried the vermicelli with grilled pork and egg rolls served with the side of fish sauce. I poured the fish sauce all over which tied everything together.
