15分でできる最高のシュリンプタコス | マンゴーサルサとクリーミーアボカド添え | 簡単アイランドレシピ🌴

Welcome to Island in 15, where I make island inspired meals in just 15 minutes. This week, we’re making these delicious shrimp tacos that bring together the tropical sweetness of mango with the creamy richness of avocado. [Music] Welcome, or welcome back to my channel. This week’s episode is all about these delicious tacos that are loaded with juicy shrimp, fresh mango salsa, a creamy avocado sauce, and just a little bit of cabbage for some crunch. This is an overview of everything you’re going to need for the tacos, which includes the toppings of the mango salsa and the avocado cream sauce. Right here, we have our shrimp that’s already seasoned. This is everything that I used to season the shrimp. I used extra virgin olive oil, paprika, garlic, salt, parsley, Cajun seasoning, creole seasoning, old bay seasoning, onion powder, cayenne pepper, parsley flakes, and black pepper. And I also use some lime juice. Everything is going to be down in the description box for you guys to follow along. The first thing that we’re going to make is the mango salsa. And here we have all the ingredients we’re going to use. one mango, red onion, tomato, cilantro, jalapeno, lime, garlic, salt, parsley, and black pepper. So, I went ahead and prepped the mango for the salsa. Here is the mango diced. I also prepped the tomato, the jalapeno, the cilantro, and the onion. I have my lime right here ready, and the garlic, salt, parsley, and black pepper to finish everything off. After adding all our chopped and diced ingredients together, I’m just going to go ahead and squeeze the lime juice all over this. Give it all a nice toss just to combine everything. And then for taste, I’m just adding in some black pepper and some garlic salt and parsley. And then once again, you’re just going to combine just to get all those flavors mixed in. Once the salsa is all done, this is how it’s looking. I’m just going to go ahead and put it in the refrigerator while I work on the avocado cream sauce. Here’s everything we’re using for the avocado cream sauce. We have cilantro, lime, jalapeno, avocado, minced garlic, sour cream, and garlic salt with parsley. So, I’m using the Florida avocado instead of the small house avocados because this is what I found. The small avocados are usually preferred, but this actually works perfectly fine as well. Since I’m using the bigger Florida style avocado, I just use a half. I added in all the ingredients to the blender and I’m about to squeeze the lime juice over it and add in my garlic, salt, parsley, and blend everything to combine it together. And then we’re going to just go ahead and pour it in the dish. Once the avocado cream sauce is all done, this is how it looks. I’m not going to go ahead and put this in the refrigerator because I don’t want it to be too cold. So, I’m just going to put it to the side for now. Now, we’re going to go ahead and make the shrimp. The shrimp smells so good. It has marinated in the refrigerator for an hour. To our frying pan, we’re adding a small amount of olive oil. Once the oil is hot, we’re going to go ahead and add our shrimp in. So, we’re going to allow the shrimp to cook on one side for 3 minutes. Flip it over. Repeat the same process. Allow it to cook for 3 minutes. Now, we can go ahead and flip the shrimp over. Just allow them to get done on the other side for 3 minutes. So, the shrimp is all done. This is how the shrimp looks all done. Nice and juicy. These are the tacos that I’m using today, the street tacos, the flour tortillas, but you can go ahead and use corn if you’d like, whatever your preference is. I’m just going to go ahead and lightly heat them up. Here’s an overview of everything all done. Now, we’re going to go ahead and assemble our tacos. So, here we have the finished tacos. smells so good and they look absolutely delicious. Let’s go ahead and give this taco a taste.
