350g chicken thigh meat
Salt to taste
A dash of black pepper
1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
3 cloves garlic
3 eggplants
1/2 onion, about 120g
1 can of tomatoes
1 tablespoon consomme
2 teaspoons sugar
50 cc sake
Less than 1 teaspoon oregano
2 sprinkles of salt, black pepper and olive oil to taste
鶏もも肉350g
塩適量
黒胡椒適量
オリーブ油大さじ1半
にんにく3片
茄子3本
玉葱1/2個120gほど
トマト缶1缶
コンソメ大さじ1
砂糖小さじ2
日本酒50cc
オレガノ小さじ1弱
☆仕上げに塩２振り、黒胡椒とオリーブ油適量
