今回は基本のパウンドケーキ作りに挑戦しました。
ほとんど家にある材料だけで作れて、とても美味しかったです！
基本が上手に出来るようになったら、
人参やかぼちゃなど、いろんな味にも挑戦しようと思います。
— レシピ —
・有塩バター …100g
・グラニュー糖 …100g
・卵 …2個
・薄力粉 …120g
・ベーキングパウダー …2g
・バニラエッセンス …10滴
・生クリーム …50ml（※なくてもOKです）
— 工程 —
0）00:00 はじまり
1）00:28 バターをレンジで溶かし、砂糖を加えて混ぜる。
2）00:45 卵とバニラエッセンスを加えて混ぜる。
3）01:22 薄力粉とベーキングパウダーをふるって加え、混ぜる。
4）01:47 出来た生地を型に流し入れ、180℃のオーブンで35～38分焼く。
※中心に竹串をさして、生地がつかなければ焼きあがりです。
5）02:57 粗熱がとれたら出来上がり♪

— recipe —
・Salted butter…100g
・Granulated sugar…100g
・Eggs…2
・Light flour…120g
・Baking powder…2g
・Vanilla essence…10 drops
・Fresh cream…50ml (* OK without it)
— Process —
1) Melt butter in a microwave, add sugar and mix.
2) Add egg and vanilla extract and mix.
3) Sift the flour and baking powder together and mix.
4) Pour the dough into a mold and bake in an oven at 180°C for 35-38 minutes.
* Put a bamboo skewer in the center, and if the dough does not stick, it is baked.
