2.5c Vegetable oil
1/2c Sesame oil
2c Chili flake
1ea Cinnamon
1ea Star anise
2T Szechuan peppercorn
2T Black peppercorn
2T smoked Paprika
2T Mushroom powder
2T Salt
1/4c Smoked soy
1.5c Garlic, chopped
1.5c Shallot, sliced
2/3c Ginger, julienne
2T black sesame seed
2T white sesame seed
