  1. There is no shame in removing the seeds for peppers. I like the heat, but I want to enjoy my food. Not be in pain while eating it. Looks awesome!

  2. I wouldn't call the can. That the jalapeño,s are in the broth. The jalapeño,s are pickled with vinegar and other ingredients.

  3. I had trash can nachos in Vegas that was done like this. Yours look way better and is probably cheaper to cook

  4. You nailed it! Whenever I go to Pigeon Forge, I always stop by Guy Fieri's Downtown Flavortown and get Trashcan Nachos! Love the idea of using an old coffee can for the "Thrash Can", worked perfect! Great job and I defiantly have to give these a try!!

Great recipe for big game… I’ve been doing a version of this for a little bit… coffee can hack is great idea.. if you take a package of store bought soft corn tortillas and cut them in 1/4 then fry them.. only takes a couple min.. they get super crispy and will hold up to all the toppings.. great vid !!
