② 材料紹介。170℃にオーブンを予熱します。
③ リンゴを1㎝角に切ります。
④ ボールにリンゴを入れ、レモン汁10～20g、砂糖10gを入れ馴染ませます。
⑤ 新しいボールに、バター15g、豆乳60gを入れレンジ600w1分加熱。
⑥ バター豆乳に砂糖20gを入れ混ぜます。
⑦ ホットケーキミックス90gを入れ混ぜます。
⑧ 14cmパウンド型にクッキングシートを敷き生地を入れます。
⑨ リンゴを全て生地の上に載せ、砂糖3gをリンゴに振りかけ、170℃に予熱したオーブンで50分焼きます。
⑩ 粗熱が取れたら冷蔵庫で冷やし、粉糖とレーズンを載せ完成です。

バター…15g（入れなくても、大丈夫です）
粉糖…適量
