My version of the Taco Bell’s crunch wrap ✨

Ingredients:
* 1kg beef mince (lamb can be used)
* Salt to taste
* 1 teaspoon fine black pepper
* 1 tablespoon onion powder
* 1 tablespoon garlic powder
* 1 heaped teaspoon cumin powder
* 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
* 1 tablespoon paprika
* 1 tablespoon dried thyme
* 1 tablespoon dried parsley

Cooking:
* 2-3 tablespoons vegetable oil
* 1 tablespoon ginger and garlic paste
* 70 grams tomato paste

Assembling:
* 8 large flour tortillas (burrito wraps)
* 8 mini flour tortillas
* 250 grams nachos (less is needed)
* 250ml sour cream or crème fresh
* 250 grams lettuce
* 1 cup grated Gouda
* 1 cup grated Mozzarella
* Salsa (or you can use chopped onions and chopped tomatoes)

Method:
* To a pot on medium-high heat, add the vegetable oil. Once the oil is hot, add in the mince.
* Add all the seasonings and ginger and garlic paste. Mix and cook for 5 minutes.
* After 5 minutes, add the tomato paste. Mix and cook for a further 5 minutes or until the mince is thoroughly cooked. Turn off the heat.
* Start assembling by placing the large tortilla on a surface, add some of the l cooked mince to the centre, top with nachos, shredded lettuce, grated cheese, sour cream or crème fresh, salsa and place the mini tortilla over.
* Gently fold the sides of the large tortilla to tuck the filling in.
* Place the folded side down onto a hot pan and toast until golden. Flip and toast the other side.
* Slice and serve whilst still hot.
