Breakfast Bruschetta with Avocado, Fried Egg, Spicy Mushrooms, and Cherry Tomatoes

I love having not only sweet cakes for breakfast but also delicious sandwiches made with toasted grain bread. Today, I’m sharing two of my favorite bruschetta recipes.

**Recipe 1:**
1. Toast a slice of grain bread.
2. Spread mashed avocado (mixed with spicy olive oil, dried garlic, and black pepper) on the toasted bread.
3. Fry an egg under a lid for a few minutes until the yolk is just slightly runny.
4. Place the egg on top of the avocado, season with black pepper, and add microgreens.

**Recipe 2:**
1. Toast another slice of grain bread and spread the avocado mixture on it.
2. In a pan, heat olive oil and add two crushed garlic cloves. After two minutes, remove the garlic.
3. Add one sliced mushroom and sauté in the garlic-infused oil.
4. Top the toasted bread with avocado, sautéed mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, and microgreens.
5. For extra flavor, sprinkle white or black sesame seeds on top.

This is a delicious, vibrant, and aromatic breakfast that will fill you with energy and a good mood for the day. Try it and let me know how it turns out!
