  1. Amazing enough you can freeze lemons you can take one out in the beginning of the day and have it unthawed for dinner they do great

  2. Hi Ally,,,, Always look forward to your weekly uploads,,,great recipes,,,,When starting Keto I thought it would limit recipe's but very much the opposite,,,,Thanx for another recipe of epic recipe,,,wishing you & muscles a great week,,,,

  3. Tilapia is exclusively farm raised and has almost no nutritional value. I prefer wild caught fish, like cod.. fresh or frozen.

  4. Hey ally did you do excercise while doing keto diet….. I am doing ketosis as I am working whole day and got tired so much.. That I am unable to do the fitness regime… What do you suggest me….

  5. Just made the Tilapia in Lemon Sauce. It was so easy and very yummy! Thanks Ally, for being such an inspiration!

  6. I've just been making my own dressings, they are super easy and you know what goes in them. Plenty of recipes online

  7. Hi Ally, I'm new to Keto and your videos have been very helpful, thanks!
Wondering if the protein measurement should always be 4oz?

  8. Ally, GOD BLESS YOU! I am so thrilled to find you have a cooking series…I am trying to emulate all you do to be as successful as you in Keto WLJ. I know how to cook mas I am a chef and I do cater, but I love the simplicity of how you cut to the chase and break things down for everyone…including ME! Just adding a tip IF you want to use it….I cook my shrimp tails in the butter in the nonstick pan before I cook my actual shrimp. The flavor is in the bones and shells of seafoods and like meat bones etc …so if you want a richer deeper shrimp flavor do this and then simply remove your shells and finish with your recipe and you will love that version too! Thanks again and still …CONGRATS on your bubbly outlook and success! STILL want to know where you got your thick wide ring!!! : )
