Plain yogurt – 200 g
Baking soda – 1 tsp
Salt – 1 tsp

For the filling:
Ground beef – 400 g
Onions – 400 g
Salt, coriander, cumin powder – 1 tsp each

※Bake in a preheated oven at 200 ℃ for 30 minutes.
