My husband also likes yellowtail, but I can’t buy much in the area where I live, so I often use salmon, mackerel, mahi mahi, etc. instead. Cod is also delicious, but salmon is easier to cook because it gets smaller when cooked.

I recently try to learn new recipes by myself. Especially I wanna improve my skill to cook traditional Korean meals.

I basically like self-study in cooking and languages, but I also like attending cooking classes and community colleges when I get the chance. There are many creative people in the world 😈

なんだけど、ぶりは滅多に手に入らない😫ので、鮭・鯖・マヒマヒとかを代用することが多いです(*´-`)

鱈は煮物にするとすぐ小さくなるから鮭が1番調理しやすい気がする🥲
