    フィンランドのお店”STORY”のサーモンスープ；北欧フェアにて

    阪急百貨店うめだ店の北欧フェア2022で食べました。
    　サーモン、ジャガイモ、タイムが入っていました。
    クリームスープが特に美味しかったです。タイムがもたらす風味も良かったです。

      フィンランド料理は、頂いた事が無いですね。
      スウェーデン料理は、教授のおごりで京都にある専門料理店で、有り難くいただきましたが😅
