    my recipe mamis n papis 🪿

    4 ripe avocados
    1 serrano pepper
    1/4 Red Onion diced fine
    1 limes juice
    1tsp OCEAN (salt)
    Cilantro (small hand full)
    3 roma tomatoes (seeds removed)

    Garnish with more onions and cilantro!

  3. I personally like mushed avocado but don’t really like most guacamole because i feel like the flavor is changed to much, do you think this would bring out more of the avocado taste then normal?

  4. Mashing ingredients crushed more cells causing the flavor to be more pronounced. Kenji Lopez-alt is an excellent food scientist, kind of like Alton Brown.

  5. Cilantro tastes like soap cause well they soaked em in soap because of bugs. Wash or soak your cilantro to get it off. Doesn’t take long. Just use cold water.

  6. Maybe a bit gruesome, but if you're thinking "There's not much difference to the flavor between slicing and crushing," I imagine it as the difference between chopping your fingers off and crushing your hand in a hydraulic press. Lot more blood when you crush it, ay? 😅
