140g flour
30 g powder sugar
2 eggs
40 g butter
1/4 tsp salt
2 tsp matcha powder

Cake topping

400 ml heavy cream
4 Tbsp sugar
200 g strawberry
2 Tbsp strawberry jam (optional)
Some matcha powder (for topping)

150 g 小麦粉
30 g 粉砂糖
2個　卵
40 g バター
小さじ¼ 塩
小さじ2 抹茶

ケーキトッピング

400 ml 生クリーム
大さじ4 砂糖
200 g いちご
大さじ2 いちごジャム
少々　抹茶( トッピング)
