Ingredients:
🔹️Ground beef: 250 g
🔹️balsamic vinegar: 2 tbsp
🔹️light soy sauce: 1 1/2 tbsp
🔹️onion powder: 1 tsp
🔹️Black pepper: 1/2 tsp
🔹️one onion : 200 g , diced
🔹️olive oil: 1 tbsp
🔹️one eggplant: 200 g, diced
🔹️2 tomatoes, diced
🔹️tomato puree : 1/2 cup
🔹️Salt and pepper
🔹️potato: 600 g ( depending on the size of your baking dish you might need less or more potatoes)
🔹️mozzarella

#Recipe 2
Ingredients:
🔹️Ground beef: 350 g
🔹️olive oil: 2 tbsp
🔹️garlic powder, paprika, dried parsley: 1 tsp EACH
🔹️Salt, thyme, oregano, black pepper: 1/2 tsp EACH
🔹️one onion
🔹️garlic: 2 cloves
🔹️half of a bell pepper
🔹️tomato paste: 2 tbsp
🔹️Apple cider vinegar: 1 tbsp
🔹️water : 2/3 cup
🔹️pasta : 250 g
🔹️Cheddar cheese: 70 g
🔹️heavy cream: 1/2 cup
🔹️reserved pasta water

For the light quick salad :
🔹️one lettuce
🔹️lemon juice: 1 – 2 tbsp
🔹️Cheddar cheese or pecorino Romano
🔹️a pinch of salt
