今回はマルちゃんのごつ盛りソース焼きそばを食べました。
130 G の麺の容量があるので、たっぷり食べたいときにちょうど良いサイズです。

ソースは、酸味がしっかりと効いたウスターソース系のソースとなっています。
そこに、からしマヨネーズが入っているので、マヨネーズと麺とソースを一緒に混ぜることでまろやかなソースに仕上がります。

後味の辛子の鼻に抜ける風味も美味しいです。

マヨネーズが入っているのである程度こってりとした感じはありますが、焼きそばとマヨネーズの相性とても良いので美味しいです。

個人的には北海道限定のマルちゃん焼きそば弁当が定番になっていますが、時々は違う味の物も食べてみたくなるので、このようなこってり系の味付けもあると嬉しいです。

The sauce is a Worcestershire sauce with a strong acidity.
There is mustard mayonnaise in it, so you can mix the mayonnaise, noodles and sauce together to make a mellow sauce.

The flavor that goes through the nose of the mustard aftertaste is also delicious.

Since it contains mayonnaise, it feels thick to some extent, but it is delicious because the yakisoba and mayonnaise go very well together.

Personally, Maruchan Yakisoba lunch, which is limited to Hokkaido, has become a staple, but sometimes I want to try something with a different taste, so I’d be happy if there was such a rich seasoning.
