RICE PAPER DUMPLINGS🥟 // full recipe ↓
Think veggies are boring? Think again! These veggie & protein packed rice paper dumplings are a game changer! They’re vegan, gluten free, healthy and most importantly- DELICIOUS!
INGREDIENTS: (makes around 10)
2 spring onions, chopped
250g mushrooms, diced
⅛ large cabbage, finely chopped
1 carrot, grated
250g firm tofu, grated
4 tbsp gluten free soy sauce (or tamari)
2 tbsp rice vinegar
3 tbsp dates syrup
1 tbsp sesame oil
20 rice paper sheets
Oil for frying
INSTRUCTIONS:
Heat a drizzle of oil in a pan over medium high heat, add the spring onion and fry for a minute before adding the mushrooms. Sauté for a few more minutes, add the rest of the veggies and tofu, add seasoning and sauté until the veggies are cooked.
