April Fool’s Day is one of my favorite days of the year, because it’s an excuse to have fun and do something ridiculous! I like trying something different at this time of the year, and that means it’s pizza night tonight on Cast Iron Wednesday. I’ll be fooling around with another cooking hack that’s gone around in viral videos, and this involves making pizza in a cast iron pan with the toppings on the bottom and the crust on top. I’m looking forward to seeing how this turns out…because pizza baked in cast iron is always popular. As always, our YouTube Live chat encourages participants to ask *and* answer questions about cast iron cooking, cleaning, identification, restoration, collecting, and all of those subjects that have never-ending discussion.
