Cucumber & Tomato cold pasta recipe きゅうりとトマトの冷製パスタのレシピ

    pasta 180g
    cumber 2
    tomato 1
    cherry tomato 6
    bacon 60g
    basil 2
    onion 1/4
    garlic 2
    olive oil 15ml
    oil 15ml
    vinegar 15ml
    salt
    pepper

    材料2人分
    パスタ180g
    キュウリ2本
    トマト1個 
    ミニトマト6個(飾り用)
    ベーコン60g
    バジル 2枚
    にんにく 2かけ
    オリーブオイル・サラダ油・酢各大さじ1杯  
    塩・こしょう 適量

    長澤家でたくさん実ったプチトマトとバジルを使ってパスタを作りました。

    冷製パスタを作る時は細めのパスタがおすすめです。
    今回は家になかったので普通のパスタを使いました。

    Add salt to boiled water and boil pasta.

    Bake bacon in the toaster until its surface gets crispy.

    Grate an cucumber.

    Next, grate 2 garlic.

    Cut the other cucumber into the same size as bacon and tomato.

    Put grated cucumber,garlic olieve oil, oil and vinegar and mix them well.

    Add cut cucumber, tomato and bacon.

    Taste it and season it with salt and pepper.

    After pasta has boiled…

    Drain hot water and wash pasta in cold water.

    Ice pasta in ice-water.

    Drain pasta well and dress it with cucumber sauce.

    Put pasta in a dish.

    Put cherry tomato and basil. Now, it’s done.
