hello, Fyi, this is not pesto, the fancy name is "Beurre maître d'hôtel", it is basically a butter, parsley and garlic sauce, while pesto is an olive oil, basil, parmiggiano and pine seeds sauce
Please watch Les Frenchies vlogs. They have very useful lists of excellent places to eat! BTW…… pesto has basil in it. This is not pesto….its parsley, butter and garlic. Those sandwiches looked epic! Enjoy Paris! …..ha…..perhaps that mistake was indeed boeuf bouguignon! ……slow cooked beef.
