Sweet and sour strawberries pair with earthy matcha. Here, they are in the form of tiramisu. Matcha-infused homemade lady fingers with strawberry cream, topped with matcha glacage (shiny coating). How not to like it?

160ml milk

D. MATCHA GLACAGE
4 tsp matcha powder
1/2-1 tsp agar-agar
50g sugar
60ml water
40ml cream
